Value proposition: which insurance companies provide the widest range of services
In the insurance sector, customer choice is critical. That is why the first evaluation criterion in the 2025 ranking was the study of the value of the offer, which includes several key indicators: the number of types of insurance presented on the website, the number of insurance products, the breadth of representation (branches, partner points, communication channels) and the Customer Experience Index (CX).
The absolute leader in the number of types of insurance listed on the website was ARX — 19. High indicators also have INGO (17), ORANTA (13) and TAS (11). This indicates a wide coverage of needs — from auto insurance to life and health.

Companies that have a large product catalog are usually able to work with different customer segments — individuals, business, agricultural sector, etc.
In the category of “representation”, the highest result is in Knyazha (97), PZU Group (41), VUSO (34), UNIQA (34), ORANTA (36). This means that companies are widely available offline, which continues to be an important factor for customers who prefer personal service.

What does this mean for the market?
Companies that simultaneously have a wide range of insurance services, a variety of products, a large number of representative offices and a high level of customer orientation, in fact, form the standard of a new generation insurance company. Their strength lies in comprehensive coverage of customer requests and adaptation to various interaction formats (online and offline).
The next section will analyze the positive image of insurers – experience, recognition and interaction with customers in the digital environment.
Positive image: which insurance companies are trusted in the online environment
To build a strong reputation, insurance companies must be recognizable, actively communicate with customers online and have a stable history of presence in the market. That is why the 2025 rating included a positive image assessment block, which takes into account the following criteria: years of operation, the number of brand queries in Google, traffic on the site, the percentage of positive reviews and activity in social networks.
The oldest market players are UNIQA (31 years), ORANTA (31), PZU Group (32), VUSO (24), TAS (27). Significant experience builds trust among customers and partners. At the same time, new players also show high dynamics.

In terms of the number of brand queries on Google, TAS is in the lead (10,397), followed by ORANTA (10,065), UNIQA (7,778), ARX (3,018), VUSO (3,845). This indicates a high level of interest from users and active digital promotion.
In terms of the number of visits to the site in 1 month, TAS has the highest traffic (195,714), followed by ARX (123,751), UNIQA (136,865), VUSO (87,985). This is an indicator of real interest and trust from customers in the digital environment.

In the category of “positive reviews” (Google), VUSO (89%), GRAWE (90%), UNIVERSALNA (94%), PZU Group (95%), ARX (85%) have high ratings. This indicates the quality of service and customer experience.
The most active in social networks are ARX (4 platforms), ORANTA (4), GRAWE (3), Arsenal Insurance (3), TAS (2), VUSO (4). Presence in social networks is an important indicator of the company’s openness and readiness for dialogue with the client.
