TOP-10 COMPANIES DEALING WITH INFORMATION SECURITY IN UKRAINE 2025

Rating of the Best Companies Engaged in Information Security in Ukraine by the Ukrainian Business Award

The information security sector in Ukraine is rapidly gaining momentum in 2025. Companies offer solutions for the public sector, financial institutions, industry and private business. Ukrainian Business Award has formed a rating of leading market players that demonstrate stability, innovation and a high level of customer trust.

The leader in terms of the number of services is Intelligent IT Distribution with 20 areas of work – from basic data protection to complex infrastructure solutions. H-X Technology (9 services) and BDO (7) focus on complex projects for large organizations. IT-Solutions, ESKA, 10Guards and Alesta have 6 services each, providing a balance between narrow specialization and versatility. InDevLab and CyberLab work in five areas, while Metinvest Digital covers 3 key services, focusing on corporate data security.

H-X Technology and IT-Solutions are universal players, covering 10 to 11 areas — government, banks and industry. BDO is also included in this list, working with systemically important clients. Intelligent IT Distribution is represented in seven industries, while 10Guards and Metinvest Digital are actively working in five. ESKA and Alesta have established themselves in four areas, and InDevLab also supports clients in 4 areas. CyberLab occupies the narrowest niche, specializing in only two markets, which makes it an expert narrow-profile partner.

Alesta stands out in terms of the number of its team, which has 65 specialists — this is the largest human resource in the rating. It is followed by IT-Solutions with 50 and BDO with 37 specialists. Intelligent IT Distribution has 35 professionals, and InDevLab provides support with 25 experts. 10Guards employs 20 specialists, ESKA has 15. The smallest teams are at H-X Technology and Metinvest Digital (6 people each) and CyberLab (4 people). However, it is small structures that often operate more flexibly and quickly.

The absolute leader in the CX index was CyberLab with a maximum score of 10. High results (9 points) were received by H-X Technology, IT-Solutions, ESKA, InDevLab, Intelligent IT Distribution and 10Guards. This indicates their ability to maintain stable contact with clients and quickly respond to needs. Alesta and BDO have 8 points each, which is also a high indicator. Metinvest Digital received the same score, demonstrating balanced service.

The oldest company in the rating was BDO with 28 years of experience. IT-Solutions has been operating for 16 years, and ESKA and CyberLab have more than 10. H-X Technology and Alesta have 9 years each, InDevLab and 10Guards have 8 years each. Metinvest Digital and Intelligent IT Distribution are relatively young players with 6 years of experience, but have already managed to make a name for themselves in large-scale projects.

In terms of the number of Google searches, users most often turn to H-X Technology, BDO and IT-Solutions. Next are 10Guards and Metinvest Digital. Average recognition is characteristic of Intelligent IT Distribution, CyberLab and InDevLab. ESKA and Alesta complete the list, but they stably maintain their own target audience.

The highest online presence rate is recorded in Intelligent IT Distribution (21.7 thousand visitors per month). Next are BDO (9 thousand) and H-X Technology (7.1 thousand), which demonstrate good visibility in the digital space. 10Guards (3.9 thousand) and ESKA (3.3 thousand) also maintain stable activity. Average results are achieved by Metinvest Digital, IT-Solutions and InDevLab. The lowest rate is in CyberLab (728) and Alesta (536), which indicates the need for a more active digital strategy.

The best results are at CyberLab, where all reviews are positive. The figures are very close at 10Guards (99%) and H-X Technology (98%). Intelligent IT Distribution also has a high level — 97%. InDevLab received 95% of positive comments, IT-Solutions — 93%. ESKA and Metinvest Digital have slightly lower results — 90% and 89%, respectively. BDO (88%) and Alesta (87%) showed the lowest figures, but remain reliable partners for their clients.

The most active in social networks is BDO with 4 official communication channels. IT-Solutions, InDevLab, ESKA, Metinvest Digital and Intelligent IT Distribution use 3 channels each. H-X Technology, Alesta, 10Guards and CyberLab — 2 channels each. This allows companies to maintain contact with clients and increase the level of trust.

The highest average score (4.8) was received by IT-Solutions, Alesta, CyberLab, InDevLab, ESKA and Intelligent IT Distribution. This confirms their authority among experts and the high quality of their work. Slightly lower scores (4.7) are obtained by 10Guards, Metinvest Digital, H-X Technology and BDO, which are also very strong results.

The Ukrainian information security market in 2025 demonstrates a high level of maturity and competition. The leaders are both companies with extensive experience and large-scale teams, and relatively young players who are quickly gaining momentum due to narrow specialization and an innovative approach. All participants in the rating have strengths – from a wide range of services to a high level of customer focus and positive reviews. This indicates that the Ukrainian cybersecurity market is able to respond to global challenges and provide reliable protection for both business and government structures.
