At Vodafone Ukraine, which is part of the global Vodafone Group, Victoria, as a Key Account Expert, managed a portfolio of large corporate clients, was responsible for developing long-term partnerships and coordinating interaction between teams to fulfill complex contractual obligations. Her approach was based on clear management of expectations, process discipline and the ability to find solutions at the intersection of the client’s business goals and the company’s capabilities.
