In 2017, responding to the unstable situation in the Donbas region and shifting market realities, Andrii made a strategic decision to diversify his business and launch a new direction focused on mobile application development and IT recruitment. Together with his partner, he opened the first office in Kharkiv, which became the starting point for building a strong team of iOS and Android developers.

Having progressed from working with local clients to cooperating with international companies, Andrii identified a key value: focusing on proprietary products and direct clients. His experience in launching startups, including a food delivery service and mobile financial solutions, provided deep insight into market dynamics and limitations, which later enabled him to build an efficient and scalable business model.

A significant milestone in his career was cooperation with Mobindustry, where Andrii’s team was responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining IT specialists. This experience laid the foundation for a transition to international recruitment and exclusive work with highly experienced professionals.

Since 2020, Andrii Brazhnykov has been focused on the international market, collaborating with companies from Singapore, the UAE, Qatar, and Europe. Among his key achievements are partnerships with the mobile operator Circles Life (Singapore) and the Swedish fintech giant Klarna, for which rare and highly skilled Ukrainian IT specialists were successfully recruited.

Andrii Brazhnykov’s expert activity has had a tangible impact on the market: he was among the first to demonstrate that competition for Ukrainian developers exists not only within the country but also on a global scale. This contributed to higher recruitment standards and the growth of compensation levels for IT professionals in Ukraine.
