In 2026, the title of “Outstanding Expert of the Year in AI Technologies and Systems Engineering” goes to Oleksandr Tserkovny, a specialist who combines deep technical erudition with the ability to build systems that work stably under any load. His career has been moving along the most complex technological directions for over fifteen years, and each stage of this path has left a noticeable mark on the products he worked with.
Oleksandr started as an engineer who feels equally confident in frontend, backend and cloud solutions. Over time, this was joined by infrastructure, systems thinking and attention to detail that determine the long-term reliability of the product. He worked in companies where stability came to the fore: gaming services with high traffic, sports and fitness platforms, automotive platforms, legal technologies. In each of these areas, he changed not only the code, but also the very way in which the technical architecture was built. Teams moved from disparate solutions to well-thought-out foundations that allowed them to grow without painful restructuring.
His experience is not limited to the technical part. Over the years, he has formed new teams, developed engineers, and restructured internal processes so that work no longer depends on random decisions.
