The production technology involves the following stages:

• foaming of granules in special sealed containers;
• aging in bunkers to form the necessary physical properties;
• forming the finished block by the method of expansion under the influence of hot steam;
• settling the block;
• cutting according to selected parameters;
• packaging of the finished product.

The quality of the products is controlled at each stage, and the production itself is waste-free – the block trimmings are ground, dedusted and become raw materials for the next batches of products.
