Rating of the Best Security Equipment Stores in Ukraine from Ukrainian Business Award

The security systems market in Ukraine is growing rapidly, as both businesses and private users are increasingly adopting modern security solutions. The increased demand for video surveillance systems, alarms, sensors, access control and comprehensive solutions has created a new level of competition among specialized stores. In 2025, it is important not only to have a wide catalog, but also to provide installation, service, operational support and expert advice. That is why UBA analyzed key companies according to a number of indicators – from the number of products and services to reputation, brand recognition and expert assessment results. Based on this, an objective rating of the strongest security equipment stores in Ukraine was formed.

This criterion shows how wide a choice each company offers and whether it is able to cover the needs of private clients, small businesses and corporate structures. The leader in terms of the number of product positions presented was Secur, which offers 16 categories of equipment – from internal video surveillance systems to comprehensive solutions for large enterprises. Next in the ranking are Onlink (12 categories), Viatec, Bezpeka-SHOP and Security Systems – 10 categories each, which allows them to confidently work with different customer segments. Ohrana.ua has 9 categories, while Nadzor, Bezpeka and Shop Security – 8 each. CentrBox has the smallest catalog – only 5 categories. Despite this, each of the rating participants occupies its own niche and has stable demand.

High-quality security equipment stores are not limited to selling products – they provide installation, configuration, design and subsequent maintenance. The most complete range of services is offered by Nadzor, Secur and Bezpeka-SHOP, which have four key areas of work each, covering the needs of customers on a turnkey basis. Most other companies – Bezpeka, Onlink, Viatec, CentrBox, Security Systems and Ohrana.ua – provide three services each, which makes them flexible in working with private and corporate clients. Shop Security has only two available service areas, but compensates for this with the quality of work performed. The presence of additional services becomes a competitive advantage, as the market moves towards complex solutions.

For many customers, it is important to be able to personally inspect the equipment, get advice or pick up the goods on the day of the order. The leader in the number of physical points was Viatec, which has 11 stores across Ukraine, demonstrating a strong network. Four stores operate in Secur and Bezpeka-SHOP, which are actively expanding their presence in the regions. Bezpeka, Nadzor, Onlink, CentrBox, Shop Security, Ohronniye systems and Ohrana.ua have one physical store — these companies rely on online sales and local office points. Despite the difference in scale, each brand maintains stable demand thanks to efficient logistics.

The level of service is one of the most important criteria in the security industry, where the client needs advice, support and professional consultation. The maximum score — 10 — was received by Shop Security, which stands out for its high quality of consultations and fast support. Most companies — Ohrana.ua, Secur, Nadzor, Onlink, Bezpeka-SHOP, Viatec, CentrBox and Security Systems — received 9 points each, demonstrating a stable and predictable level of service. The only company with a lower indicator — Bezpeka — has 8 points, which is still a good result, but indicates the need to strengthen several aspects of interaction with customers. Overall, CX in the segment is quite high.

The length of presence in the industry reflects expertise, stability and user trust. The most experienced company is Security Systems, which has been operating for 32 years, shaping market standards since the 90s. Bezpeka is in second place with 27 years of experience, followed by Bezpeka-SHOP (23 years), CentrBox (22 years) and Viatec (21 years), which indicates stability and a wide customer base. Secur and Onlink have been operating for 17 years, Ohrana.ua for 11 years, and Nadzor and Shop Security are the younger participants with 8 and 7 years of experience, respectively. Despite their age, all companies demonstrate the ability to adapt to modern requirements.

The brand search index reflects how actively users are searching for a specific company. The leader in this category was Viatec, which tops the list in terms of audience interest. Next were Ohrana.ua, Bezpeka-SHOP, Nadzor, Secur and Ohronniye systemy — these brands actively use digital channels to develop awareness. Bezpeka, Onlink and Shop Security have a lower level of search activity, and CentrBox has the lowest. However, even companies with fewer searches often generate demand due to niche products and stable quality of service.

The level of online activity reflects the convenience of the site, brand recognition and the scale of advertising campaigns. The highest indicator is Bezpeka-SHOP — 132,287 visits, which demonstrates a strong digital presence and active marketing. Viatec is in second place with 112,835, and Ohrana.ua is in third place with 67,608. It is followed by Secur (54,616), Nadzor (53,562), and companies with lower traffic: Bezpeka, Shop Security, Onlink, Ohronniye systems, and CentrBox. The indicators clearly show who invests the most in digital.

A security service should be as reliable as possible, and therefore reviews become a strong indicator of reputation. The absolute leader was Shop Security, which has 100% positive reviews, which emphasizes the absolute trust of customers. High results are also demonstrated by Onlink (99%), Secur (98%), CentrBox (97%), Security Systems (96%) and Nadzor (95%). Ohrana.ua received 94% positive ratings, and Viatec – 93%. The lowest indicators are for Bezpeka-SHOP (91%) and Bezpeka (81%), which indicates the need to improve some processes.

Activity in social networks shows how much companies communicate with customers, publish expert materials and maintain their reputation. Viatec received the highest score – 5, which confirms intensive work with the audience. Bezpeka-SHOP and Security Systems, which consistently support informative content, have 4 points each. Nadzor, Bezpeka, Secur, and Ohrana.ua received three points — they are active on social networks, but less aggressively. CentrBox and Shop Security each have 2 points, and Onlink shows the lowest activity — only 1 point.

The final score takes into account all key criteria: service, experience, recognition, digital activity and assortment. The highest score — 4.8 — was received by Nadzor, Security Systems, Bezpeka-SHOP, Viatec, Shop Security and Ohrana.ua, which demonstrate a comprehensive approach and high quality of work. The score of 4.7 was received by Secur, Onlink and CentrBox, which, although inferior to the leaders, maintain strong positions in the market. A similar score is given to Bezpeka, which is included in the second group of the rating, but remains one of the most experienced brands.

The security equipment market in Ukraine in 2025 remains one of the most competitive technological segments. The leaders of the rating — Viatec, Bezpeka-SHOP, Nadzor, Security Systems, Shop Security and others — continue to set industry standards thanks to comprehensive services, a wide range and systematic work with customers. Brands with more modest catalogs or relatively small traffic compensate for this with experience and quality of service. As a result, the client receives a wide selection of stores capable of meeting their security needs — from cameras and sensors to full-fledged integrated systems for business.
