Thanks to a unique approach to business digitalization, the introduction of artificial intelligence into routine processes and a deep understanding of international logistics, his company was able to show stable turnover growth of 100% every year, reaching the $3 million mark in 2024.

SADIVIN LLC is an example of how artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of a modern company. All business processes at SADIVIN are built on an automated ecosystem. AI controls routine tasks, digital dashboards track logistics and sales, and data exchange between platforms occurs in real time.

Thanks to this, the team was able to reduce from 35 to 17 people without losing efficiency, and each employee is able to focus on strategic tasks. Weekly planning is carried out with automatic transcription and task setting – no unnecessary words, only numbers and results.

In times of global changes – from the pandemic to changes in customs policy in the US – Oleksandr Pasichnyk demonstrates an exceptional ability to adapt. His team predicts market shifts in advance and reorients logistics in accordance with new realities. Thus, SADIVIN LLC successfully adapted deliveries from Europe in response to new duties, and quickly brought essential goods to the market during the pandemic.

Despite the fact that the company operates in the USA, since 2022, Oleksandr Pasichnyk has been sending 10% of his profits every month to foundations that support Ukraine, as well as providing goods to American organizations that help the underprivileged. The company’s special focus is internships for students and people with disabilities, who are offered new opportunities for online employment.

Oleksandr is an active participant in international business forums and conferences in the USA, Poland, and Ukraine. He is a member of specialized associations, in particular the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Association, participates in closed communities of Amazon sellers, and implements new standards for working with trading platforms.
