Natalia Marko won the Ukrainian Business Award’s Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 award as a leader who brought Ukrainian IT expertise to the global level. Her professional path includes work in leading technology companies in Europe and the US, implementation of large-scale business solutions, and strong support for the Ukrainian community abroad.

Natalia’s career began in Lviv. She started as a travel manager at N-iX LLC (2016–2019), later worked as an IT business analyst at GlobalLogic (2019–2020), and since 2020 at SoftServe. There, Natalia deeply immersed herself in international IT processes, combining analytics, team management, and strategic vision.

Since 2023, she has been working at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York as a Product Manager, responsible for developing digital solutions for global clients. Her key approach is to talk about the complex simply, turning technical tasks into business successes.

An important feature of Natalia is the flexible use of artificial intelligence: she effectively integrates modern AI tools into the processes of collecting and processing requirements, simplifying communication between stakeholders and increasing team productivity. Thanks to her approach, technical processes become more transparent, and solutions are more focused on business needs.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Natalia implemented projects that helped international retailers adapt to new challenges. She implemented tools for online sales, optimized databases, standardized processes and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements. One example is a successful presentation of solutions for Adidas, which resulted in a large-scale collaboration.

In addition to her professional activities, Natalia actively volunteers at Liberty Ukraine and is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA).
