Over 15 years of professional activity, Ruslan has created and successfully developed several international projects that contribute to strengthening the economic positions of Ukraine. The most significant achievement was the establishment of Yudex Group, a company that opened access to the markets of the Middle East, in particular, the UAE, for Ukrainian manufacturers. Obtaining the status of the official representative of the International Chamber of Commerce in the Persian Gulf countries significantly expanded the opportunities for exporting Ukrainian products.

Ruslan demonstrated his innovative approach to business when creating the company’s unique showroom in Dubai. This model has allowed dozens of Ukrainian companies, including Obolon, Odesa-Kabel and Chumak, to effectively present their products at the international level without large initial investments.

Ruslan Shalamov demonstrated his outstanding company scaling skills during the restructuring of the Scientific and Production Company Expopallet. Between 2016 and 2019, he transformed the company with 15 employees into a full-fledged production complex with a capitalization of $4 million, which received the prestigious EPAL license. The company began to successfully export products to the EU, South Korea, Malaysia, China, and the UAE, processing 5 thousand cubic meters of wood per month.

Ruslan demonstrated an innovative approach to diversifying export directions when he founded Slavpellet in 2014-2015. Having identified the need of the Persian Gulf countries for high-quality animal feed, he organized the production of alfalfa feed pellets specifically for export to this region. In parallel, the company produced fuel pellets for the Ukrainian market during the state gas substitution program. This project became an example of the successful development of a niche export direction, where Ukrainian producers competed due to high quality raw materials and innovative processing technologies.

Ruslan actively shares his expertise, speaking as a speaker at educational programs for major companies, including Carlsberg and Business Master. His trainings on team building, crisis management and strategic development are in high demand among entrepreneurs.
