Ferozit Company, a manufacturer of building mixtures, received the Ukrainian Business Award 2025!

The company was founded in 1993 and is the first domestic manufacturer of building mixtures in Western Ukraine. Over the years, FEROZIT has become one of the most powerful manufacturers and traders of construction materials. Our products are recognized among professionals, craftsmen and consumers. The range includes more than 350 items of high-quality and modern products for repair, decoration and construction.

Currently, the Ferozit group of companies includes:

• Ferozit building mix production plant;
• FEROMAL paint and decorative plaster factory;
• FeroPlast foam plastic plant;
• distribution system with its own warehouses and personnel (in more than 12 regions of Ukraine);
• Phoenix LTD transport and logistics company with its own rolling stock.

The brand portfolio of the company includes the trademarks “FEROMAL”, “FEROZIT”, “SHPATEN” and “LeoMix”, which are designed for three main market segments – expensive, medium and cheap. These are materials for arranging floors, plaster mixes, putties, adhesives, mixes for arranging waterproofing, primers, polystyrene foam boards, paints and decorative plasters of our own production.

The capacities of our enterprise have been chosen by well-known domestic and foreign companies for the production of their own brands. After all, having invested in the future – since 2012 – we have a modern automated high-performance plant for the production of dry building mixtures and a factory of paints and plasters FEROMAL.

The technologists of the enterprise, the first in Ukraine, developed a unique Complex of lime-based materials, which is absolutely safe for residents and resistant to biological contamination (lime plasters “Shtuk”, lime paint and special primer) – COMPLEX OF LIME MATERIALS FEROSIT. It is especially recommended for allergy sufferers and people with respiratory problems, as it has antibacterial properties and ensures that the walls “breathe”.

High product quality indicators have been recognized with numerous prizes and awards, including the State Prize of the President of Ukraine in the field of science and technology!

The product quality control system is certified according to the international standard ISO 9001, which provides for incoming control of raw materials, control of all stages of production and inspection of finished products. As well as a certificate for the environmental management system ISO 14001.

Technical support is also provided to performers, a Training Center for the use of its own products operates. Own certified laboratory and vast experience in developing new recipes.

A series of new innovative decorative and finishing materials under the TM “FEROMAL” (paints, plasters, putties, etc.) are additionally tested in foreign laboratories to confirm compliance with European standards, with further plans to enter foreign markets.

Our products are sold by the largest construction chains in Ukraine – “Epicenter K”, “Nova Liniya” and “ARS Keramika”, as well as wholesale and construction stores. Which is an undeniable recognition of quality and popular demand.

Our own distribution – regional representative offices – successfully operate in more than 12* of the most attractive regions of Ukraine. And provide full equipment for construction teams with all the necessary materials.

Keeping pace with the times, we continue to develop our own network of FEROMAL color studios – computer color selection with the ability to tint products of our own production and others.

In addition, we are the first and largest manufacturers of decorative plaster Mosaic and colored sands for its production. This allowed us to form the largest collection of ready-made color solutions on the market and move on to the production of exclusive Mosaics for each individual customer in order to implement a wide variety of design solutions.

A separate strategic direction for the Ferozit company is the production and sale of a certified building insulation system. For this purpose, a plant for the production of expanded polystyrene boards was launched in 2002. Thus, today, every seventh square meter of the facade is insulated with our foam. And another 40% of warm facades are made with insulation from our partners (mineral wool and cellular concrete), using our mixtures and paints.

Our materials are available in the State Energy Saving Program and IQ-Energy (with the support of the EBRD).

In addition, Ferozit is the official representative in Ukraine of the world leader in waterproofing – the company “KÖSTER”. This is a wide range of waterproofing systems from the basement to the roof, as well as individual solutions. After all, up to 80% of damage to building structures is caused by problems with waterproofing.

And also, the only official representative of the famous European TM “HAERING”, which for more than 130 years has been producing high-quality innovative premium products for the protection of buildings and industry – decorative and finishing materials, industrial paints, materials for the restoration of architectural monuments, etc.
