In 2025, the Ukrainian Business Award in the category “Entrepreneur of the Year” was awarded to Anatoliy Chychkalyuk, founder of Netex Noex LLC, which specializes in international e-commerce and is rapidly expanding its presence in the markets of the USA, Canada, Brazil and Europe. This award was a recognition of both his personal achievements and the effectiveness of the business ecosystem he built.
Netex Noex is demonstrating stable growth and is gradually transforming into a new generation technological platform in the field of e-commerce.
Over the past 12 months, its turnover on the Amazon platform amounted to 1.938 million US dollars, which is 236% more than in the previous year. In 2025, this figure is expected to exceed 2.5 million dollars, and the share of sales outside Amazon will increase significantly due to the multi-channel model: Shopify, Walmart and other independent platforms.
The foundation of the company’s success is technology and analytics. Netex Noex has implemented a full-fledged system for automating all business processes: from product search and demand forecasting to inventory management, advertising, pricing and customer service. At the heart of it is its own digital architecture, based on integration with marketplace APIs, market trend analysis and a flexible adaptation module. The team works completely remotely, and decisions are made not based on guesswork, but on accurate data in real time.
Outside of e-commerce, Anatoliy Chychkalyuk also develops other businesses. He is the founder of Stellar Sky Consulting LLC, a consulting company that supports sellers on Amazon: from technical launch to mentoring and scaling. He also owns Optimism Auto LLC, a car dealership company operating both in the US market and for export, and Synthetix Capital LLC, an investment structure for real estate transactions (purchase, repair and resale of housing).
His social activities deserve special attention. After the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine, Chychkalyuk has been providing consulting assistance to Ukrainian entrepreneurs seeking to enter Amazon on an ongoing basis. Through Netex Noex, he also creates opportunities for Ukrainian freelancers and contractors, promotes involvement in international trade, and supports volunteer initiatives focused on helping civilians and veterans.
Anatoliy Chychkalyuk is well-known in the professional community as an expert and analyst. He is a senior member of the E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Association (ECDMA), as well as the author of a number of scientific publications published in international publications Current Research and Colloquium-journal.
