The online lending market in Ukraine in 2025 maintains high growth rates, and competition between MFO is becoming one of the most dynamic in the financial sector. Users expect not only quick solutions, but also maximum convenience, transparent conditions and technological services that allow them to receive funds without unnecessary barriers. Companies that previously relied only on speed are now forced to strengthen marketing, reputation and customer support. That is why Ukrainian Business Award has formed a comprehensive rating, analyzing key metrics that most accurately reflect the efficiency and stability of MFO. The volume of loans issued, the duration of lending, the client-orientation index, reputation indicators, traffic, recognition and other important criteria were taken into account.
One of the most important indicators is the scale of operations, because a large number of loans issued indicates high demand and the company’s ability to work with a wide audience. The leader of the rating was the service YOUR LOAN, which issued 150,000 loans — the highest figure among all market participants as of 2025. This result indicates a strong brand position, active marketing activities and mass demand among customers. Second place was taken by egroshi, which issued 100,000 loans and continues to demonstrate stable growth. Next are CreditKasa (55,000), a group of services with the same figures — Selfie credit, Credit plus, moneyveo and Credit7 (40,000 each), as well as MYCREDIT (35,000) and Slon Credit (32,000). The most modest figure in FIRST CREDIT — 20,000 applications.

The duration of lending shows how much an MFO is willing to work with clients who need longer financial cycles, rather than short payday loans. The absolute record holder is moneyveo, which provides the opportunity to use the loan for 1,827 days — a unique duration that actually puts the company in a separate category. A noticeably smaller, but still significant indicator is demonstrated by egroshi — 540 days, which allows them to work with longer-term clients. Four companies at once — Selfie credit, Slon Credit, CreditKasa and Credit7 — offer a one-year term, which makes their products universal for different needs. With a significantly shorter period, YOUR LOAN (180 days), FIRST CREDIT (80 days) and MYCREDIT (30 days) operate, which focus on short-term products.
In the era of the digital economy, the speed of decision-making is critical, because the client expects to receive money almost instantly. The most efficient were moneyveo and egroshi, which are able to issue a decision in just 2 minutes — practically in real time. Very close results are demonstrated by CreditKasa (4 minutes) and a group of three services — Slon Credit, MYCREDIT and FIRST CREDIT — which work within 5 minutes. A little more time is required by Credit7 (7 minutes), Selfie credit and YOUR LOAN (10 minutes each). The longest process in Credit plus is 15 minutes, which still remains a fairly fast indicator on the market scale.

Promotional activity remains an important part of the competitive struggle, as bonuses and discounts significantly increase the conversion of new customers. Moneyveo is the most prominent, offering seven active programs — from promotional codes to conditions for regular users. MYCREDIT, Slon Credit, Credit plus, CreditKasa, egroshi and Selfie credit have two special offers, which support regular activity and update loyalty programs depending on the season. Only one promotion is running in Credit7, and YOUR LOAN and FIRST CREDIT do not currently offer promotional solutions, focusing on basic credit products.
Awards from various rating and industry organizations demonstrate public recognition of the brand. Here, Slon Credit became the undisputed leader, which has 15 awards and actively participates in financial competitions and bonuses. Strong positions are also held by moneyveo (6 awards), Credit7 (5) and MYCREDIT (4), which confirms the stable quality of their work. CreditKasa received two awards, and egroshi received one. Other companies have not yet received awards, but this does not prevent them from remaining among the popular services.

The evaluation of the user’s interaction with the service plays a key role in forming loyalty. The highest score — 10 — was received by three companies at once: CreditKasa, Slon Credit and Selfie credit, which invest in customer support, interface optimization and quality of consultations. Very close indicators are moneyveo, MYCREDIT, FIRST CREDIT, YOUR LOAN and Credit7, which received 9 points each and demonstrate stable service. Egroshi and Credit plus are rated slightly lower — 8 points each, which is still a strong result for the mass market.
SEO visibility and recognition in search directly affect the flow of customers. The highest audience interest was recorded in Credit plus, which leads the category in terms of the frequency of branded search queries. Slon Credit, MYCREDIT, moneyveo, Credit7 and Selfie credit are next, which maintain a stable level of organic interest. A smaller number of requests is observed in egrosha, FIRST CREDIT and YOUR LOAN, and the lowest is in CreditKasa, which requires more active work in the direction of SEO.

The length of operation demonstrates the stability of the company, its experience and ability to develop in difficult conditions. CreditKasa and moneyveo have been operating the longest, with 12 years of practice and a long-term customer base. FIRST CREDIT has 11 years of experience, MYCREDIT – 10, and Credit plus and YOUR LOAN – 8 each. Younger players are Slon Credit (7 years), Credit7 (6), egroshi (5) and Selfie credit (4 years), but this does not prevent them from developing rapidly.
User reviews are one of the most honest indicators of service quality. Selfie credit has the highest result, which received 98% positive ratings. Also at a high level are moneyveo (97%), MYCREDIT (96%), Credit7 (95%) and CreditKasa (94%). Slon Credit, Credit plus and egroshi demonstrate a result in the range of 91–93%, which indicates consistently high-quality work. YOUR LOAN has 87%, and the lowest figure is 71% at FIRST CREDIT.

Digital activity determines the real demand and quality of online promotion. The leader was Credit plus with an impressive 1,793,000 visits in three months. Slon Credit (1,613,000), Credit7 (966,834), MYCREDIT (952,323) and CreditKasa (909,415) were very close. Selfie credit, egroshi and YOUR LOAN follow. Moneyveo and FIRST CREDIT have slightly lower results, but even these figures leave them in the competitive market segment.
Social networks are an important channel for MFO seeking to build audience loyalty. Moneyveo demonstrates the highest activity, which received 5 points for the development of digital communications. MYCREDIT (4 points), Slon Credit and CreditKasa (3 points each) are working at a good level. Credit plus, YOUR LOAN, FIRST CREDIT, egroshi, Credit7 and Selfie credit have an average level of activity.

The final score takes into account all criteria: service quality, development dynamics, digital activity and reputation indicators. The highest score — 4.8 — was received by moneyveo, Selfie credit, Credit7, egroshi and Slon Credit, which combine strong service, recognition and stable operations. Slightly lower scores were received by Credit plus, MYCREDIT and CreditKasa — 4.7. FIRST CREDIT received 4.3, and the lowest score — 4.2 — was given to TVOYA POZYKA, which should strengthen its work on service quality and communication.

Leading companies — moneyveo, Slon Credit, Selfie credit, Credit7 and egroshi — have managed to combine technological sophistication, reputation, speed of service and ease of use. In turn, Credit plus, MYCREDIT and CreditKasa demonstrate stable positions and continue to invest in service and marketing.
