ALISA KONCHENKO
IT innovations for business, AI, digital transformation

The Ukrainian Business Award 2025 focuses on recognizing companies that drive digital transformation, process automation, and AI-powered innovation. This is precisely the area in which Alisa Konchenko has been working for more than seven years — developing and scaling technology products across the markets of Ukraine, the United States, and Canada.
As the VP of Business Development at DocStudio, she leads the strategic development of the platform and its technology solutions, helping companies transition from manual document handling to fully digital and automated workflows. The platform unifies document creation, exchange, e-signing, and storage in a single environment and integrates seamlessly with other business systems. DocStudio also includes AI modules for data extraction and document verification, enabling companies to significantly reduce processing time and minimize daily operational errors.
Alisa also holds leading roles in shaping international standards for electronic data exchange. She serves on the Board of the Digital Business Network Alliance and as an At-Large Director at PIDX International in the United States — two organizations that define the rules, technical standards, and formats for digital business interoperability across North America and Europe. Her work includes strategic planning, contributing to technical model development, aligning approaches across markets, and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives. This level of involvement positions Alisa as one of the key experts shaping the future of digital data exchange, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Another area of her expertise is IdealoRama, an AI-driven planogram compliance product for retail that uses Computer Vision and Machine Learning. The project demonstrates how artificial intelligence can be applied not only in strategic initiatives but also in practical, day-to-day operational processes.
Alisa’s engagement with the technology community began in 2018–2019 when she worked as part of the organizing committee of iForum, the largest IT conference in Eastern Europe, gathering more than 13,000 participants annually. She contributed to the development of tracks dedicated to innovation, artificial intelligence, and digital products.
As a jury member of the Ukrainian Business Award 2025, Alisa draws on her experience in digital transformation, launching and scaling technology products across different markets, and her involvement in international standardization initiatives. She believes that a true modern Ukrainian business leader is someone who acts quickly, thinks strategically, and balances profitability with innovation, responsibility, and the ability to create real value for both society and the market.
