Coaching in Ukraine has long ceased to be a fashionable word and has become a sought-after profession. More and more companies are investing in training leaders through coaching programs, and individuals are choosing this direction as a stable career. In 2025, the market formed a pool of educational institutions with strong programs and a team of mentors. Ukrainian Business Award analyzed key schools to identify those that really shape the professional environment. The study covered training courses, graduates, service quality, brand recognition and digital presence.

The absolute leader in terms of the number of training areas was COACHING UP UNIVERSITY, which has 26 courses. There are both basic trainings and specialized modules for business coaching, teamwork or personal development. MSHMK offers 16 programs, covering different levels of complexity and learning formats. IAPC and WPG have a somewhat more modest selection, but with an emphasis on practice. More compact institutions, such as MIKSh, Be Live, ERICKSON UNIVERSITY, and SHOK, concentrate on narrow areas and are oriented towards students who have already determined their goals.

The real impact of the company is best measured by the number of trained specialists. At WPG and COACHING UP UNIVERSITY, the number of graduates exceeded 4,500 people, making them the largest players. About 4,000 certified coaches have been trained at IAPC, which demonstrates the trust of students in the program. At ERICKSON UNIVERSITY and MIKSh, the number of graduates reaches about a thousand, which is also a convincing result for specialized schools. Small institutions such as SHOK, MSHMK and Be Live graduate fewer students, but they emphasize close work with students.

The composition of mentors determines the quality of training at each stage. COACHING UP UNIVERSITY has the largest team of experts — 33 coaches, which allows it to cover all areas of modern coaching. MIKSh and IAPC each have 29 mentors, thanks to which the programs are multidisciplinary. MSHMK and WPG teach fewer specialists, but they provide a thorough practical approach. At ERICKSON UNIVERSITY, SHOK, and Be Live, the number of mentors is smaller, but this makes it possible to build more individual contact with each student.

Several schools stood out in the area of ​​customer service. The maximum score was received by COACHING UP UNIVERSITY, ERICKSON UNIVERSITY and IAPC, which created developed student support systems. The remaining participants — MIKSh, Be Live, WPG, SHOK and MSHMK — scored 9 points each, which indicates a high level of service. The general trend shows that coaching schools in Ukraine are actively adopting modern practices of caring for students. This makes training not only useful, but also comfortable.

Digital platforms are becoming an important factor when choosing a training. The most convenient site is IAPC, which scored 10 points due to its clear interface and easy access to materials. In most institutions (MIKSh, COACHING UP UNIVERSITY, MSHMK, WPG and SHOK), the sites were rated at 9 points, and this level is sufficient for comfortable use. Be Live and ERICKSON UNIVERSITY have slightly lower scores, but their resources remain modern and effective. This proves once again that all participants in the rating are actively investing in the digital convenience of students.

Brand recognition directly depends on activity in the information space. Most often, users search for COACHING UP UNIVERSITY, MSHMK and MIKSh, which provides these companies with strong marketing positions. The popularity of IAPC and ERICKSON UNIVERSITY is also consistently high due to their international image. Younger brands such as WPG, Be Live and SHOK are inferior in terms of search activity, but occupy their own niches. This indicates a gradual growth of interest in the coaching education market in general.

A long-term presence builds trust in the institution. The most experience is ERICKSON UNIVERSITY, which has been operating for 26 years, as well as WPG and MIKSh with more than 20 years of history. These companies were among the pioneers of the market. At the same time, new players such as COACHING UP UNIVERSITY or MSHMK have been operating for only a few years, but have already managed to prove themselves with results.

Student ratings allow us to understand the real level of training. The highest result was received by MSHMK — 100% positive reviews, which indicates an exceptional level of satisfaction. IAPC and MIKSh also have excellent indicators — 99% and 98%. Schools such as SHOK, COACHING UP UNIVERSITY and ERICKSON UNIVERSITY also demonstrate a high level. Even those institutions where the results are slightly lower still confirm the stable quality of training.

Interest in training programs is well reflected in the number of visitors to the sites. MIKSh became the undisputed leader with over 36 thousand visitors in three months. IAPC also shows high results, attracting almost 18 thousand users. COACHING UP UNIVERSITY recorded 6.4 thousand visits, which provides it with a stable flow of students. The remaining companies have from 200 to 1,200 views, maintaining positive dynamics. This means that the Ukrainian audience is increasingly looking for opportunities to learn coaching online.

Activity in social networks allows companies to maintain contact with future students. The most represented in this area are MIKSh and COACHING UP UNIVERSITY, which operate on six platforms at once. IAPC and MSHMK have a fairly high level, which run four platforms each. Be Live, ERICKSON UNIVERSITY and WPG, which have three active pages each, demonstrated an average result. SHOK looks the most modest, but even one page allows you to form an audience.

According to the results of the expert assessment, five schools received an average score of 4.8 – these are MIKSh, MShmk, COACHING UP UNIVERSITY, WPG and IAPC. They were distinguished by a comprehensive approach and a high level of service. The remaining participants (Be Live, ERICKSON UNIVERSITY and SHOK) have slightly lower indicators – 4.5 points each, but still retain the status of strong market players. All companies confirmed that they meet modern quality standards. This proves that a powerful ecosystem of coach training has been formed in Ukraine.

The coaching education market in Ukraine in 2025 demonstrates maturity and diversity. Companies with many years of experience, such as ERICKSON UNIVERSITY or WPG, set standards and maintain trust. New players – COACHING UP UNIVERSITY and MShmk – have proven that even in a short time it is possible to achieve high results. MIKSh is actively developing its digital presence, and IAPC focuses on an international approach and the quality of programs. Be Live and SHOCK offer more intimate formats focused on individuality. As a result, the Ukrainian market is becoming competitive and offers a wide choice for those who want to master the profession of coaching at a professional level.
