Oleksii Birchak has become a new member of the jury of the Ukrainian Business Award, a business award that annually recognizes leading companies and entrepreneurs in Ukraine. His participation in the expert commission is based on practical experience in the field of B2B sales, business strategy development, and an analytical approach to assessing the effectiveness of business models.
Oleksii is a sales consultant at Kulik System and works at Uniqa Dental, an Israeli company of Ukrainian origin specializing in the production and distribution of dental implants. As part of his consulting activities, he develops and implements sales development strategies, adapting modern tools and methods for working in the highly competitive American market. His approach is based on a clear structure, analytical work with data, and systematic decision-making.
Oleksii is the author of the book “Negotiation Advantage”, which presents applied experience in B2B negotiations, as well as the author of scientific articles, in particular “B2B Sales Algorithmisation: Can AI Create a Sales Structure That Guarantees Predictable Results?”, which explores the possibilities of using artificial intelligence to structure sales processes.
In addition, he is:
- the author of a sales course focused on practical training of specialists;
- an active participant in the initiatives of Rotary Club International – an international organization for business leaders;
- a member of the NGO “Association of Dentists of Ukraine”, where he participates in professional initiatives at the intersection of medicine and business.
The selection of the Ukrainian Business Award jury is based on experience, objectivity and the ability to assess a business from various angles – from the effectiveness of the model to growth prospects. Oleksiy was selected due to his recognized expertise in the field of B2B sales development and implementation of innovative business strategies.
His involvement in the jury allows to strengthen the analytical component of the award, especially in the areas of B2B communications, sales and strategies for entering new markets. Thanks to his experience in the Ukrainian and American markets, Oleksii effectively combines local realities and international standards, helping the award maintain a high level of objectivity and relevance in the modern business environment.
