International insurance expert, founder of MEGA FIN (Israel / USA) | Honorary member of the jury of the Ukrainian Business Award

Benjamin Leidman is an entrepreneur who has built a successful multinational insurance and finance business. In 2012, he founded MEGA FIN in Israel, which later expanded into the US market and has seen rapid growth—over 200% since the launch of its US office.

Today, the company serves over 1,000 families annually, with offices in Bat Yam, Israel, and Boca Raton, Florida, serving banks, corporations, and private clients. MEGA FIN specializes in health, auto, commercial, and pension insurance, and is licensed in 33 US states and Israel.

Benjamin actively implements innovations: digital platforms, automated application processing, mobile services and artificial intelligence for personalization of insurance products. His leadership is based on open communication, team motivation and strategic planning even in conditions of global crises.

He is an active participant in international forums, supports Ukrainian communities in the USA, in particular through charitable assistance in the field of free health insurance for immigrants from Ukraine. MEGA FIN sponsors Ukrainian events and initiatives.
