Anna Babich has been working in HR and corporate development since 2018. A separate reason for the award was Anna Babich’s author’s methods:

• “HR-export: Corporate training as a product” – an approach within which corporate training is considered as a full-fledged product.
• “HR-ABC for beginners” – a basic software framework for companies that are building an HR function from scratch.

These methods allowed to transfer work with personnel from a chaotic “firefighting” mode to a managed process with clear stages, roles and expected results – and were highly appreciated by the expert jury of the Ukrainian Business Award.

“For me, this award is a recognition that HR has long ceased to be an “auxiliary function,” notes Anna Babich. “When a company has clear rules of the game, transparent processes, and honest communication, people begin to work not “against the system,” but together with it. This is what I teach my clients through the methods “HR-export: Corporate training as a product” and “HR-ABC” – to build HR so that it really works for the business, and does not exist formally on paper.”
