Yevgen Yevgenovich Zrazhevets, entrepreneur and founder of YZ PRO LLC (Honolulu, Hawaii, USA), in 2025 became a member of the jury of the prestigious Ukrainian Business Award. His career spans several areas — from managing large construction companies in Ukraine to launching and developing his own business in the USA. In Kharkiv, he headed Megabud and Megainvestbud, implementing the full cycle of construction of residential complexes: from foundation to commissioning. He also dealt with strategic tasks — creating production facilities, managing large teams, and optimizing resources.

In 2022, he opened his own company in Hawaii, which is still successfully operating today. YZ PRO LLC specializes in the repair of household appliances, and business development is supported by the implementation of modern tools: CRM systems, call tracking, and his own online school. This allowed the company to quickly gain customer trust and achieve stable growth even in the competitive US environment.

Yevhen has a scientific degree, defended a thesis on the topic of financial support for venture investments, was an opponent in scientific councils and shared expert comments in the media. His expertise covers finance, economics, construction and customer service. He is convinced that modern business should be based on transparency, trust and social responsibility, because this is what forms the reputation of companies and opens the way to international integration.

His participation in the Ukrainian Business Award jury was a logical continuation of many years of experience in large-scale project management, international entrepreneurship and scientific activity. Thanks to his professional path, Yevhen combines strategic vision, innovative approach and deep understanding of modern challenges, which allows him to objectively assess Ukrainian business and promote its development at the global level.
