The Ukrainian Business Award 2025 rating “TOP Plastic Surgeons of Dnipro” is built according to a multi-criteria methodology — from the number of operations and educational achievements to the reputational presence and quality of communication with patients. This approach allowed us to create an objective picture of the professional landscape, where each indicator matters.

One of the key criteria was real experience in practice — the number of operations performed and the stability of results. The absolute leader in this indicator was Dmitry Sparysh, who has over 16,000 successful interventions — from reconstructive to aesthetic surgery. High results were also demonstrated by Svitlana Romanets (10,000 operations) and Svitlana Rabotenko (8,900). Their clinical indicators confirm the systematic approach, deep practice and many years of trust of patients. Among the specialists who demonstrate stable growth dynamics, it is worth noting Ivan Kononikhin (8,100 operations) and Oleg Savenkov (7,000). Both surgeons actively use modern minimally invasive techniques that correspond to global trends in plastic surgery.

The profession of plastic surgeon requires continuous training – and this is what distinguishes the leaders of the rating. Dmitry Sparysh has 30 years of practice, and Margarita Adamska – over 31, which indicates a powerful school of specialists of the old formation with deep clinical thinking. The younger generation, represented by Ivan Kononikhin and Alla Vilenskaya, is actively integrating international technologies, undergoing training in Europe and introducing new standards of visual planning of operations. The highest level of postgraduate education is possessed by a plastic surgeon from Dnipro – Svitlana Rabotenko – 37 advanced training programs, followed by Dmitry Sparysh (36). These are specialists who constantly adapt their practice to new protocols, while maintaining an individual approach to patients.

Most of the surgeons included in the rating are members of national and international associations – among them UAPS, ISAPS and other specialized organizations. This confirms their compliance with European standards, transparency and responsibility to patients. The final assessment of the Ukrainian Business Award expert jury confirmed the high level of professionalism of all participants. The highest score — 5.0 — was received by Svitlana Rabotenko, followed by Ivan Kononykhin, Alla Vilenska, Valeriy Sverhun and Svitlana Romanets with a score of 4.8. These indicators indicate not only technical skill, but also the quality of communication with patients, ethics and stability of results. The experts also noted the high level of clinical responsibility and the willingness of doctors to implement innovative technologies that form a new culture of aesthetic medicine in Ukraine.

The TOP Plastic Surgeons of Dnipro 2025 ranking showed that the city has become an important point on the map of Ukrainian aesthetic surgery.
