The Greenville International Group of Companies is one of the leading development corporations in Lviv, which has now entered other markets. Since 2007, Greenville has been engaged in the development and construction of residential complexes, as well as implementing projects in the field of “green” energy and sustainable development. Over the years, four residential complexes have been built in Lviv, a resort hotel in Truskavets. Currently, the company is building two modern business-class residential complexes in Kyiv, and has also launched a new project – a residential quarter in the suburbs of Lviv.

Greenville Park Lviv: a town in the middle of a metropolis

The highlight of Greenville Prostir is the bookcrossing area, where you can exchange books, as well as its own amphitheater – the heart of the complex, a place for open-air film screenings, concerts, cultural events, and various other events.

“Greenville on Pechersk”: a cozy life in the heart of Kyiv

The Kiev residential complex “Greenville on Pechersk” is the embodiment of the company’s many years of experience. It is a technological living space with an emphasis on clear geometry of forms on the outside and innovation on the inside. Among the advantages: multi-tiered underground parking in the stylobate part, individual access system, lounge areas, business space, children’s playroom, wheelchair access, and a paw-wash for pets. Greenville Park: the dynamics of life in the historic center of Kyiv

The concept of another business-class residential complex in the capital, Greenville Park, is based on the eternal values of a harmonious happy life. This is security, family comfort and unlimited opportunities to be active and free every day. “We don’t just build housing, we create a new concept of life,” the company says. A cozy place where you want to wake up in the morning, do your favorite thing and relax with your family. It is located in Podil – the historical center of the capital.

From real estate to alternative energy

In 2016, Greenville began its renewable energy business.

The company designed and built a 110 MW solar power plant in the Lviv region, which was commissioned in stages over 2018–2022. The plant generates about 125 GWh of electricity per year, covering the needs of more than 85,000 households and avoiding about 56,000 tons of CO₂ emissions each year.

During 2018–2022, Greenville developed a portfolio of wind power plant projects with a total installed capacity of 295 MW to the stage of readiness for construction according to international standards, which are currently under construction by a partner.

The company has a portfolio of wind power projects at the stage of advanced development of readiness for construction with a total capacity of 200 MW in Lviv and Volyn regions, and also plans further development of wind energy with a portfolio of about 200 MW of projects in western Ukraine.

In 2020, Greenville entered the international market by starting operations in Poland. In 2025, the portfolio of solar projects in Poland at various stages of development reached 170 MW. Of these, 25 MW are under construction, with a commercial launch date planned for the third quarter of 2026. In parallel, Greenville is developing a portfolio of wind projects with a target volume of 120 MW.

In addition, the company is actively developing a portfolio of energy storage systems, both in the form of separate stations and integrated solutions with solar power plants.

Corporate and social policy of the company

Greenville actively implements corporate social responsibility projects. In 2005, the company founded the Volya charitable foundation. For many years, the foundation has been actively working in the field of supporting and developing the potential of talented youth. Since the first days of the full-scale war, the company has been actively involved in volunteer activities aimed at assisting the Ukrainian Defense Forces – from technical support to humanitarian support.

An important area of the company’s activity is also supporting a healthy and ecological lifestyle. As part of its environmental activities, the company implemented greening initiatives and initiated eco-lessons for the younger generation. During the Covid-19 pandemic, medical equipment was donated to healthcare institutions.
