The brand’s founder, Ivan Penyora, has combined his experience as a barista, roaster, and taster to create a product that is no different from the world’s specialty coffees. Each batch of beans here is not a coincidence, but the result of careful selection, expert roasting, and a deep understanding of taste.

“We have never chased only fashion. For us, the main thing is sincerity and quality in every cup,” says Ivan. “The victory is proof that Ukrainian products are competitive on the world level.”

17 years of experience that shapes quality

Ivan Penyora has been working with coffee for over 17 years. During this time, he was educated at the University of Coffee in Italy, took courses in France, Estonia, studied coffee roasting at Paul Songer and at SCA – a global community of specialists working with taste and quality improvement.

But the key is constant work with the grain where it is born. The team regularly visits farms, Colombia, Ethiopia, etc. We are personally acquainted with the producers, discuss harvests, select unique lots. This allows us to form coffee with a clear origin, understanding of the terroir and a deep taste profile.

A team that understands the product

Quality is not just a result, but first and foremost a process. Behind each pack is a team that works with a full understanding of the intricacies of processing, storage, roasting. We are constantly improving technology, investing in equipment, deepening expertise – to ensure not just stability, but the maximum potential of each grain.

A product backed by experience

Today, the company roasts unique batches from different growing countries — Ethiopia, Kenya, Colombia, Costa Rica, Rwanda, Burundi, Indonesia, El Salvador and other regions. They can be ordered on the website both in grain and ground form. We also produce capsules with specialty coffee — with preserved depth of flavor and terroir of the grain, which are rarely found in capsule formats. A separate format is drip coffee, convenient for traveling or the office, without compromising on quality.
