Kseniia Pereshliuga is an expert in beauty business systematization and scaling with over 12 years of international experience in the beauty industry. Her career spans the full spectrum of the field – from practicing nail technician and educator to strategic consultant serving clients in Ukraine and abroad.

From 2019 to 2021, Kseniia was the founder and lead instructor of NailMentor school in Ukraine, where she trained over 1,000 professionals in just two years. What set her educational approach apart was the integration of business thinking, client base management, and scaling strategies into the curriculum – long before this became an industry standard.

Since 2020, Kseniia has been providing strategic consulting to salon owners, studio managers, and independent beauty professionals in Ukraine and Moldova: conducting business diagnostics, building operational structures, implementing client and team management systems, and developing financial models and growth strategies. Her international practice has given her a perspective on the beauty business that extends well beyond a single market.

Her participation in the Ukrainian Business Award jury became a natural extension of her years of hands-on experience. In updated November 24, 2023 March 2022, Kseniia released her proprietary methodology “Master’s Empire: Your Personal Path to Growth,” which quickly gained recognition in the beauty community and confirmed her status as one of the industry’s leading methodologists. In 2023, she founded Alismia (USA), entering the American market and expanding her international presence.

Throughout her work on the jury, Kseniia has established herself as an expert whose assessments are consistently distinguished by depth, consistency, and practical grounding.
