Some of the projects he worked on at different stages of his career reached an audience of over one million users in international digital ecosystems. In 2017, Dmitry became the co-founder and CEO of Ensocore, an international software development company specializing in creating MVP solutions, R&D projects, web and mobile applications for clients from the US and Europe. Under his leadership, the company implemented dozens of technology projects and helped businesses transform ideas into scalable commercial products.

Since 2020, the main focus of Dmitry’s professional activities has shifted to the field of artificial intelligence and machine learning. Today, he specializes in the development of AI-first products, the integration of large language models (LLM), the creation of conversational AI systems, multi-agent architectures, long-term memory systems for AI assistants, and the construction of scalable AI infrastructure. Dmytro currently holds the position of CTO in an AI-focused company, where he is responsible for technology strategy, the development of artificial intelligence-based products, the architecture of AI systems, and the implementation of generative AI in scalable commercial solutions. His contribution to the development of intelligent AI systems of the next generation deserves special attention. Dmytro works on creating architectures that allow artificial intelligence to preserve the context of interaction, form personalized memory, adapt behavior to the needs of the user, and provide a more natural level of communication between people and technology.

In addition to working on his own technology products, Dmytro actively consults international teams, startups and companies on implementing AI solutions, optimizing infrastructure, building AI-first products and scaling digital platforms. He earned a Master’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, and studied Chinese language and literature at East China Normal University (Shanghai, China).
