Natalia Kravchenko — Expert of the Year 2025 Ukrainian Business Award

In the world of recruiting and HR technologies in Ukraine, it is rare to meet a professional who combines practical skills, strategic thinking, international experience and active educational activities. This year, according to the Ukrainian Business Award, the title of “Expert of the Year 2025” was awarded to Natalia Kravchenko – for her significant contribution to the development of the industry and for leadership in its transformation.
Natalia has many years of experience in recruiting, in particular in the IT sphere and international recruitment. She worked as a Team Lead with a larger team of recruiters (10+), taking care of recruitment strategies, budgets, and optimization in large companies.

- Managing the full cycle of hiring technical and non-technical specialists (CMO, COO, Product Manager) in an international context.
- Implementing analytics and hiring quality indicators (average duration of employment, retention rates), which increased efficiency.
- Working with ATS systems and process automation.
Natalia also has a specialized higher education (Master of Management) and a significant number of years of work. But she did not stop there: in her publications she emphasizes that for a modern IT recruiter it is important to have not only technical skills, but also knowledge of related fields – psychology, languages, management. This orientation towards developing one’s own expertise and providing such development to others speaks of true expertise.

In addition, with experience in international recruitment (Europe, South Africa, India, Philippines) and speaking several languages (English – fluent, Polish – working level, Spanish – elementary level) – Natalia builds bridges between markets and teams.
