Founder of Dekos Style (Kherson)

Oleksandr Kostrikov opened Dekos Style in 2017, starting with a small showroom. In the first year, the turnover reached 1.3 million UAH, and in a few years it increased to 6–7 million UAH. The business demonstrated stable growth at the level of 40–50% every year.

The main specialization is premium decorative coatings. Success was ensured by three factors: high quality, non-standard service and an accurate response to customer needs. Kostrikov relied on an individual approach – color reproduction according to any sample (fabric, photo, object), sale of materials in any volume, development of unique textures for a specific interior. Such flexibility immediately became a competitive advantage.

Dekos Style has formed a strong team of 30+ people, including 25 craftsmen working in professional teams. Kostrikov manages operational processes, is involved in projects and technical solutions, and keeps quality under control.

Key clients include designers, architects, developers, and private customers. The geography of work covers Kherson, Mykolaiv, Odessa, and Lviv. One of the most successful cases is the design of the Kabanos restaurant (Kherson), which received the international European Property Awards in London. The team was responsible for the decorative interior decoration.

During the 2020 pandemic, the company quickly adapted logistics, reviewed costs, changed the format of work, and strengthened its online presence. This allowed it to maintain stability and maintain growth.

In addition to selling materials, the brand also provides a full range of services — from measurements and selection to applying decorative coatings. It works on a turnkey basis, which favorably distinguishes it from competitors.

Kostrikov systematically works on market development: promotes the culture of decorative decoration, collaborates with European brands, and has official San Marco distributor certificates. His works regularly appear on social networks, and most new orders come from recommendations.

In 2022, Oleksandr Kostrikov won the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from the Ukrainian Business Award — for stable growth, innovative approaches in the field of decoration, and a significant contribution to the development of the local market.
