My name is Oleksandr Afanasenko. I am the director of Dela Energy, a company specializing in the design and construction of solar power plants. I have over 10 years of experience in the field of renewable energy and during this time I have personally managed the implementation of more than 30 projects with a total capacity of over 100 MW.

During this time, various ambitious solar power plant projects have been implemented under my leadership, such as ground-based solar power plants, rooftop solar power plants, solar power plants with autonomous power supply, hybrid solar power plants, solar power plants with a two-axis tracker control system for monitoring solar radiation.

Rooftop and ground-based solar power plants have been built for own consumption, for such well-known companies as Nestle, Obolon, MHP, and many farms, which significantly reduced electricity costs and improved the economic performance of these enterprises.

All projects implemented by the company under my leadership were completed on time and at a high level. We are the only company in Ukraine that performed turnkey construction of solar power plants along with the connection of the power plant to the Oblenergo networks and the reconstruction of the connection point of “electrical substations”. Many projects were launched ahead of schedule, which made it possible to further improve the financial performance of the constructed solar power plants.

Under my leadership, a unique solution for complete transformer-inverter substations was developed, which made it possible to increase the Green Tariff rate by 5% in addition to the existing tariffs for solar power plants on which this equipment was installed.

In total, solar power plants with a total capacity of 50 MW were built using complete transformer-inverter substations.

According to my strategy of using innovative technical solutions, the company has repeatedly won the competition for the construction of solar power plants. I personally defended technical design solutions with such well-known companies as Nestle, MHP and other leaders in various industries.
