NAIDA KHOTYNSKA — ENTREPRENEUR OF THE YEAR 2025 ACCORDING TO THE UKRAINIAN BUSINESS AWARD

In 2025, the Ukrainian Business Award named Naida Khotynska “Entrepreneur of the Year,” recognizing her systematic work in the development of financial education and the stable results achieved by Pro Invest Academy in recent years.

Since its founding in 2020, the academy has gradually grown from a small project into a recognizable educational brand in the field of investment. The business demonstrates steady growth: in a few years, the company increased revenue by 400%, increased net profit by 275%, and the number of active clients grew from 15,000 to over 85,000 people. The academy has also expanded its product lines — from one basic course to a complete educational system and individual support.

Naida’s management style is based on open communication and regular work with the team. Pro Invest Academy currently employs 10 specialists, including heads of key areas. She actively involves the team in product development, supports initiatives, and creates conditions for professional growth.
