OLEKSANDR KEDRYK— OUTSTANDING EXPERT OF 2026 IN THE NOMINATION “MANAGEMENT OF LARGE-SCALE ENGINEERING AND ENERGY PROJECTS” ACCORDING TO THE UKRAINIAN BUSINESS AWARD

Within the framework of the national Ukrainian Business Award 2026, Oleksandr Kedryk was recognized – a senior engineer with over 12 years of experience, who participated in the implementation of strategically important energy and infrastructure projects of the national and international level.

The award is given to experts who demonstrate a high level of professional competence, the ability to effectively manage complex technical processes and make a practical contribution to the development of the industry. Oleksandr Kedryk’s professional activities meet these criteria thanks to a combination of deep engineering expertise and management experience.

His professional path covers the full cycle of engineering project implementation – from feasibility study and design to construction, commissioning and commissioning of facilities. At different periods, he held both technical and managerial positions, responsible for coordinating teams, meeting deadlines, quality control and achieving final results.

Among the key stages of his activity are participation in the construction and commissioning of the hydro units of the Dniester pumped storage power plant, the launch of the hydro unit of the Rogun HPP as part of an international team, as well as the implementation of projects for the reconstruction and modernization of Ukrainian hydroelectric power plants.

A separate direction was participation in the restoration of critical energy infrastructure facilities after missile attacks during martial law. The restoration work of the Dniester PSPP and the Dnieper HPP was of great importance for ensuring the stability of the Ukrainian energy system.

As part of the integration of the Ukrainian energy system into the European ENTSO-E network, Oleksandr Kedryk managed the implementation of the WAMS system at 32 high-voltage substations. The implementation of this project was an important step towards synchronizing the Ukrainian energy system with the European infrastructure and increasing its reliability.

As the director of Energopartner Engineering LLC, he carried out full management of the company, coordinated the implementation of numerous projects and was responsible for strategic decisions, financial indicators and interaction with state customers. Under his leadership, projects for the reconstruction of state-owned hydroelectric power plants were implemented and modern control and protection systems were introduced.

Professional experience also includes participation in the construction of the Kyiv Metro stations “Teremky” and “Ipodrom”, implementation of engineering systems at strategic energy facilities and work in international engineering teams.

The award of the Ukrainian Business Award confirms the high level of expertise of Oleksandr Kedryk in the field of management of complex engineering and energy projects, as well as his practical contribution to the development of critical infrastructure and energy security of Ukraine.
