The construction industry of the Kyiv region continues to develop despite difficult economic conditions. Developers are actively competing for the trust of investors, offering modern solutions, infrastructure and a comfortable living environment. In 2025, Ukrainian Business Award presented a rating of leading developers in the Kyiv region, which covered key criteria: the volume of implemented projects, geography of presence, types of real estate, level of service and digital activity. The analysis allows you to see who sets the tone for the development of the region, and who is only gaining momentum.
The company Vidvazhnykh has the largest number of implemented projects, which confirms its status as one of the most powerful developers in the region. Atlant and Synergy are almost not far behind, having also completed 12 projects each, demonstrating stability and strategic planning. Comfort Life with 11 objects focuses on business-class residential complexes, while Dobrograd (10) is betting on complex suburban development. Molodist, NovaBudova, and Pro-Group Development are still on a smaller scale, but are actively increasing the pace of construction.

Dobrograd has the widest geography of implementation, operating in seven settlements of the Kyiv region. This indicates the company’s flexibility and ability to adapt to different locations. Atlant and Vidvazhnykh have six areas of activity each, which ensures a stable flow of new clients. Comfort Life is actively developing four key locations, focusing on suburban construction with a high level of infrastructure. Other companies — Molodist, Pro-Group Development, NovaBudova — are gradually expanding their presence, choosing a strategy of specific but high-quality projects.
Synergy is the leader in terms of the variety of offers, working with four types of real estate at once — residential, commercial, apartment and mixed. Atlant, Comfort Life, Molodist, Vidvazhnykh and Dobrograd offer three categories of objects each, which allows them to satisfy different customer requests. Pro-Group Development and NovaBudova are currently focusing on residential complexes, developing commercial areas. This structure indicates a different business model of companies – from multi-profile holdings to specialized developers.

The customer orientation index demonstrates how effectively companies work with customers. The absolute leader was Molodist (10 points), which actively uses digital services for communication and customer support. Atlant received 9 points – the company relies on transparent sales processes and constant customer support. Dobrograd, Vidvazhnykh, Synergy and NovaBudova have stable 8 points, demonstrating high quality of service. The younger Pro-Group Development and Comfort Life with 7 points only form standards of interaction, but are confidently moving in the right direction.
The best image in the media space is held by Pro-Group Development and Atlant, which received the highest score – 10 points. They actively form a public brand, speak at industry forums and work with the media. NovaBudova (9) and Dobrograd (8) maintain their reputation through open communication with customers and partner honesty. Molodist, Vidvazhnykh, and Synergy consistently maintain positive mention balances, while Comfort Life (7) is expanding its media presence through social media and PR campaigns. This shows that transparency is becoming the new currency of trust in the market.

Atlant has the most experience, having been operating for over 37 years, demonstrating stability and systematic development. NovaBudova (20 years) is another example of a stable player that combines tradition with innovation. Among the middle-aged companies, Comfort Life, Vidvazhnykh and Synergy stand out, each with 15 years of experience and a good understanding of local needs. Dobrograd has been operating for over 14 years, while Pro-Group Development (8) and Molodist (4) belong to the young wave of developers who bring new approaches and flexibility to the market.
Online presence has become a critical factor in success. The best results were shown by Molodist and Dobrograd, which received 9 points each for the convenience of their sites, content structure and speed of work. Atlant, Comfort Life, Synergy and NovaBudova have 8 points each, investing in improving online platforms. Pro-Group Development and Vidvazhnykh have so far received 7 points each, but are actively working on integrating online consultations and 3D visualizations. This shows the gradual digitalization of the construction market in the Kyiv region.

The largest number of visits was recorded in Atlanta — over 38 thousand users in three months. High interest is maintained by Synergia (24 thousand), as well as Molodist (14 thousand), which indicates active work with online advertising. NovaBudova has 6 thousand visits, demonstrating stable coverage, while Comfort Life, Vidvazhnykh and Pro-Group Development attract smaller but target audiences. Dobrograd still has the lowest indicator, but is actively increasing its recognition through digital campaigns.

The average level of customer satisfaction is led by NovaBudova with 67.4 points, which confirms its reputation as a reliable developer. Synergy (15.13) and Comfort Life (8.58) demonstrate a high level of trust among customers. Dobrograd, Atlant and Pro-Group Development show stable results in the mid-range segment. Molodist and Vidvazhnykh are still receiving fewer reviews, but are gradually strengthening their positions thanks to open communication and quality control. This criterion clearly reflects the real perception of the brand by the market.
In terms of activity in social networks, Synergy (9 points) is the leader, which systematically communicates with the audience via Instagram and Facebook. Molodist and Vidvazhnykh (8 points each) create modern visual content, focusing on a young audience. Comfort Life and NovaBudova (7 points each) have a coherent digital strategy, while Atlant, Pro-Group Development and Dobrograd are less active in social channels, but are developing corporate platforms. This demonstrates the different levels of digital maturity of companies.

Modern buyers expect a quick response, so multi-channel is becoming the standard. The highest score (10 points) was received by Synergia, which uses CRM, online chats and personalized services. Molodist (7) and Dobrograd (5) are actively developing communication systems, combining classic consultations with digital tools. Comfort Life, Vidvazhnykh and NovaBudova maintain a balance between personal meetings and electronic support. Pro-Group Development and Atlant are gradually integrating modern systems for processing customer requests.
According to the results of the expert analysis, the highest scores were received by Dobrograd (9.8) and Atlant (9.7), which demonstrated a balance between quality, transparency and stability. Molodist took third place with 9.0 points, which confirms the potential of the young brand. Vidvazhnykh, Comfort Life and Synergia have results from 8.3 to 8.8, while NovaBudova and Pro-Group Development showed average scores, but high development dynamism. This highlights that the industry brings together both market veterans and innovators.

The TOP Developers of Kyiv Region 2025 rating demonstrates that the regional market is one of the most developed in Ukraine. Leaders combine experience, technology and customer orientation, forming a new development culture. Young companies bring flexibility and modern standards, which strengthens competition. All participants in the rating showed that even in difficult conditions the market is able to evolve, introducing innovations and improving the quality of life of the region’s residents.
