BOARD, a community shaping the future of Ukraine, became the winner of the Ukrainian Business Award 2025
The Board community unites businesses and shapes the country’s business culture. After all, Board is an international atmospheric community of entrepreneurs for effective, sustainable and rapid business growth. It is a space for like-minded people who are ready to share ideas, knowledge, competencies and connections.
The community was created in 2018 by three ideological founders to help Ukrainian entrepreneurs grow, develop international businesses and shape Ukrainian business culture in the world.
Founders of the community:
Andriy Dligach – founder and chairman of Advanter Group, chairman of the Council of the Coalition of Business Communities for the Modernization of Ukraine. Strategist and visionary No. 1 in Ukraine.
Iryna Beryuscheva – founder, managing partner and CEO of the international business community Board.
Petro Synegub – businessman, investor, owner of the international group of companies “Vagar”, “Tenzomir”, real estate agencies “Hygge Premium Real Estate” and “MonoSpain”. Co-owner of the platform for entrepreneurs SpylnoDiya.
The idea of the Board business community is to bring together entrepreneurs to exchange knowledge, experience and professional contacts. This contributes to the effective resolution of challenges faced by entrepreneurs at different stages of business development. Top managers of leading companies with many years of experience (Board mentors) are involved in community events, who share practical advice and cases that help participants scale their own businesses.
Each Board member has access to the application — this is a personal business key to the international community. It contains everything for growth: registration for events, search for participants by filters, viewing meeting records, direct contact with entrepreneurs. In the application, you can also add a useful contact to your friends who will help resolve the participant’s business request, or even become a client or partner of another business.
Today, Board unites over 2,300 entrepreneurs from various sectors of the economy, provides access to the experience of 200+ mentors and business leaders in 17 niches, and within the community there are 19 clubs based on interests and market niches.
Official Board offices are in 13 countries, and the geography of participants is over 40 countries. This means that for Board members in at least 40 countries there is “their” person — in each business area, with different experience, necessary capabilities, ready to share them.
An important area of activity of the community is social responsibility and charity. The community operates the International Charitable Foundation “Board: Stronger Together”. The priority activity of the foundation is to support the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, including board members serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, veterans, children of military personnel and children left without parents. It is not only about business, but also about joint care for others and contribution to the future of the country.
