Rating of the Best Construction Companies in Lviv from Ukrainian Business Award

The construction industry of Lviv in 2025 continues to demonstrate stable development, despite economic fluctuations and growing competition. The demand for new buildings remains high, and residents are increasingly attentive to the choice of a developer: they take into account the quality of projects, the number of completed houses, the brand’s reputation and transparency in interaction with clients. Ukrainian Business Award conducted a large-scale study, on the basis of which the TOP-10 construction companies of Lviv 2025 were formed. The assessment covered ten key criteria – from the number of completed projects to online traffic and jury evaluation.

In 2025, the leader in the number of objects commissioned was Nova Oselia – 14 completed projects, which brought the company to first place in terms of construction scale. Avalon continues to hold strong positions with 11 projects, demonstrating stable implementation of large residential complexes. The third position is occupied by GLOBUS (8 objects), actively developing modern quarter solutions in the middle and comfort segments. The premium and business class segments were formed during the year by Auroom, M7, KVORUM, Galzhytlobud and Resident Development – all companies completed 4–6 projects, confirming their stability in the local market.

In the professional awards segment this year, Resident Development was the most distinguished, receiving 6 industry awards, mainly for architectural solutions and safety standards. Greenville (5 awards) continues to strengthen the image of a developer that relies on environmental technologies and energy-efficient buildings. RIEL received 3 awards, confirming its role as one of the most recognizable brands in Lviv. The list also includes Avalon, Nova Oselya and KVORUM, which have consolidated the reputation of companies with high quality standards.

In 2025, digital presence has become one of the key factors of trust among buyers. The highest web performance ratings were received by RIEL and GLOBUS — 10 out of 10, thanks to fast sites, SEO optimization and convenient virtual investor offices. High results were demonstrated by Greenville, Galzhytlobud, Resident Development and KVORUM, whose sites received 9 points. Auroom, Avalon, and Nova Oselya hold balanced positions, and M7 received 7 points, having the potential for growth in technical optimization.

In the Customer Experience rating, Resident Development holds a confident leadership position — maximum 10 points for convenience of service, speed of communication and transparency of documentation. Strong positions are also held by Novaya Oselia and Avalon — 9 points each, which confirms the trust of buyers and a systematic approach to managing the client from booking to handing over the apartment. Among the companies with a high level of service, M7, Auroom, RIEL, GLOBUS, Greenville and KVORUM — they received from 6 to 8 points.

RIEL has the longest experience in the market — 22 years, making the company one of the most stable players in the industry. Greenville and Novaya Oselia have been operating for over 20 years, maintaining strong positions thanks to long-term development strategies. Among the companies with medium experience — Avalon and KVORUM (11 years each), M7 and Auroom (10 years each). The youngest but dynamic brands — GLOBUS, Resident Development and Galzhitlobud, which stably implement their projects and increase volumes.

Avalon is the leader in terms of the number of branded searches on Google, which has maintained the highest level of interest among buyers. This is followed by RIEL, Auroom, GLOBUS, Galzhitlobud and Greenville – companies with established brands and a high presence in the information field. The companies QUORUM, Nova oselya, M7 and Resident Development demonstrate stable interest, which grows in proportion to the increase in construction volumes.

In terms of monthly traffic, the undisputed leader is RIEL – over 77,000 visits per month. This is one of the highest indicators among developers in Western Ukraine and the result of many years of work on recognition. Avalon (12,806) and Auroom (10,228) maintain stable interest, while Nova oselya (5,721) and M7 (3,851) show good growth dynamics. Greenville, Galzhitlobud, QUORUM, Resident Development, and GLOBUS have lower but predictable organic traffic, typical of companies working with smaller arrays of properties.

RIEL has the highest number of positive reviews — 46.38 points, which confirms the high level of customer trust. Avalon, Auroom, Galzhitlobud and Nova oselya also demonstrate strong results, maintaining a balance between quality and speed of work. M7, GLOBUS, KVORUM, Resident Development and Greenville have lower scores, but are consistently working to improve service and internal processes.

RIEL and Avalon became the leaders in social media presence — 7 points each, demonstrating active content and effective interaction with the audience. M7, GLOBUS, Auroom and Greenville also have strong positions — these brands actively use social media to inform investors. Resident Development, KVORUM, Nova oselya and Galzhitlobud maintain basic activity, but have the potential to expand their digital strategy.

According to the results of the Ukrainian Business Award expert evaluation, the highest score — 5 out of 5 — was received by the company RIEL. In second place — Avalon and Nova Oselya, which received 4.8 points. The group of strong developers also includes Auroom, Resident Development, M7, KVORUM, Greenville, Halzhytlobud and GLOBUS, which demonstrate a high professional level and competitive approach.

The TOP-10 Lviv Construction Companies 2025 rating shows that developers who combine scale, technological sophistication and reputation become market leaders. RIEL, Avalon, Nova Oselya, Auroom and Resident Development shape the modern look of Lviv real estate — high-quality, innovative and investor-oriented. Their results demonstrate that the success of a developer is a combination of stability, many years of experience, customer trust and transparent communication.
