Rating of the Best Companies engaged in Cloud Solutions in Ukraine by the Ukrainian Business Award

Cloud technologies have become an integral part of modern business. From data storage and scaling services to the implementation of complex IT architectures, today companies in Ukraine are actively investing in cloud solutions. In 2025, the market is showing confident growth: the demand for public, hybrid and private clouds is growing, and competition among providers is forcing each player to expand the list of services and improve the quality of service. Ukrainian Business Award has prepared a rating of TOP-10 companies in the field of cloud solutions in Ukraine, which assessed key parameters – from the number of products and technological flexibility to customer orientation and brand recognition.

The leader was Tucha, which offers 10 different solutions — from cloud servers to corporate storage. This indicates a high level of diversification and readiness to work with different customer segments. CloudFresh, Gigacloud and UCloud have 8 products each, which also demonstrates broad expertise. Other participants, such as Denovo, Vega, Server and Colobridge (7 each), focused on basic areas. The smallest list of services in Kyivstar Business — 5, but the company compensates for this with the scale of its activities and stability.

In the field of cloud service types, Tucha is again the leader (7 solutions). This shows that the company is able to offer customers both public and private or hybrid models. Gigacloud has 6 solutions and actively competes in this segment, in particular in the field of virtualization. The remaining companies (CloudFresh, Denovo, UCloud, Vega, Server, Colobridge) have 5 solutions each, which is also a sufficient level to meet business demand. Kyivstar Business and “Parkovy” lag behind with 4 options, focusing on the basic needs of corporate clients.

The leaders in terms of the technological spectrum are UCloud and Vega (8 supported technologies each). This indicates a high level of flexibility: from virtualization and containerization to complex network integrations. Gigacloud, Tucha, Colobridge and CloudFresh (7 each) also have wide coverage and can work with different deployment models. Denovo and Server support 6 areas, which allows them to effectively serve classic requests. The most technologically limited remain “Parkovy” (5) and Kyivstar Business (4).

The absolute leader in terms of customer focus was UCloud (10 points). This demonstrates the highest level of user satisfaction and flexibility in working with customer requests. CloudFresh, Vega, Tucha and “Parkovy” each received 9 points — a high result that confirms business trust. Gigacloud, Colobridge, Server and Denovo have 8 points, maintaining a stable level of quality. Only Kyivstar Business showed 7 points, which is explained by the scale of the company and complicated communication with a large number of customers.

Kyivstar Business has the most experience (28 years), which emphasizes its status as a stable player in the telecommunications and IT market. Tucha (27 years) and Server (24) also demonstrate a long-term presence and reliability. Denovo has been operating for 17 years, Colobridge for 15, and UCloud for 13. The “Park” data center has been operating for 12 years, while Gigacloud, CloudFresh, and Vega are relatively young — 8–9 years each, but have already managed to take leading positions.

In terms of Google search queries, the highest positions are occupied by Server and UCloud, followed by Kyivstar Business, Gigacloud and Vega. CloudFresh and Tucha demonstrate an average level of recognition, while Denovo, “Parkovy” and Colobridge lag behind. This indicates a different marketing strategy: some companies focus on scale, others on niche services.

The absolute leader in traffic is Kyivstar Business (over 6 million visits in 3 months). This significantly exceeds the indicators of other participants and reflects the mass nature of the company. Vega (293 thousand) and CloudFresh (213 thousand) occupy second and third places, showing strong digital activity. Gigacloud, Colobridge and Denovo maintain average results. Tucha, UCloud, Server and “Parkovy” remain at the bottom of the ranking, with indicators of less than 30 thousand visits.

The highest level of trust is held by UCloud (100%) and Vega (99%), which indicates an impeccable reputation. CloudFresh and Tucha also received a high rating — 97–98%. “Parkovy” has 96%, Denovo — 93%, Gigacloud — 91%. Colobridge and Server demonstrate lower results (87–90%). The lowest indicator is Kyivstar Business — 79%, which is explained by the scale of the company and the large number of customers, among whom there are always dissatisfied ones.

The most active in social networks is Tucha (5 platforms). This confirms the company’s modern approach to communicating with the audience. CloudFresh actively works on 4 platforms, while Denovo, Gigacloud, Vega and Kyivstar Business are represented on 3. Colobridge, “Parkovy” and UCloud have a limited presence (2), and Server does not maintain social networks at all, which may affect brand recognition.

The Ukrainian cloud solutions market is showing rapid development and healthy competition. Tucha remains the leader in terms of the number of services and solutions, confirming its status as a company with the widest offer. UCloud and Vega are distinguished by modern technologies and a high level of customer focus, which helps them quickly gain trust. Kyivstar Business has the strongest positions in terms of experience and recognition, although it is inferior to younger companies in flexibility. In general, the coming years will be decisive: the market is forming clear leaders, but leaves room for new players with non-standard solutions.
