Ukrainian Business Award analyzed the city’s car services according to a set of practical and digital criteria: the number of services, customer experience, online activity, reputation and duration of operation on the market. The rating included Gcar Service, AvtoEnergy, AvtoLend, Avtohelf, Autostorm, Liqui Molly, ProSTO, Bus & Cars Service, Kychmarenko Service and Vinkardan.
The volume of services directly affects the versatility of a car service and its ability to serve different types of customers. Gcar Service has the widest list – 21 services, which allows you to work with most technical requests in one place. AvtoEnergy offers 18 services, AvtoLend – 15, forming full-fledged service stations with a wide area of responsibility. Avtohelf and Autostorm have 9 services each, focusing on key areas of repair. Liqui Molly, ProSTO and bus & cars service stations operate within 6–7 services, while Kichmarenko Service and Vinkardan focus on narrower specializations with 5 and 3 services, respectively.

Visual demonstration of repair results remains an important factor of trust for customers. Avtohelf, Liqui Molly, Kychmarenko Service, ProSTO, AvtoEnergy and Vinkardan use photo or video recording of work in their communication. Other participants in the rating — Gcar Service, AvtoEnergy, AvtoLend, Liqui Molly, ProSTO, СТО bus & cars and Kychmarenko Service — do not declare the presence of guarantees within the framework of open data, emphasizing the speed, experience or price of services.

The Customer Experience Index reflects the quality of communication, service and overall customer experience. Gcar Service received the highest score in the rating — 9 points. Service stations bus & cars, Vinkardan and Autostorm each have 8 points, demonstrating a stable level of service. ProSTO, Kichmarenko Service and Liqui Molly each received 7 points. AvtoEnergy and Avtohelf are rated 6 points, while AvtoLend has 5 points, indicating the need to improve customer processes.
The quality of websites and online presence significantly affect the initial contact with the customer. Gcar Service and Vinkardan have the highest Web Performance Index — 8 points each, indicating functional websites and convenient navigation. Avtohelf, ProSTO, Autostorm and Liqui Molly each received 7 points. Bus & Cars and AvtoLend service stations have 6 points each, AvtoEnergy and Kychmarenko Service have 5 points each. In general, the digital level of Vinnytsia’s car services remains uneven, with a clear gap between leaders and outsiders.

Brand search queries demonstrate the level of demand. The leader in recognition is Gcar Service, followed by Autostorm, Avtohelf and Liqui Molly. ProSTO, Kichmarenko Service and СТО bus & cars are next. AvtoLend, AvtoEnergy and Vinkardan have a lower level of brand search, which is partly explained by locality or lack of active marketing.

Liqui Molly shows 28.89, while the bus & cars and Autostorm service stations are in the range of 7–9. Gcar Service, AvtoEnergy, Vinkardan, ProSTO and AvtoLend have low values, which signals a limited number or low activity of customer reviews.
Social networks are used by car services mainly as an auxiliary channel. The highest SFU Index is achieved by ProSTO, AvtoEnergy and Vinkardan — 4 points each. Kichmarenko Service, Gcar Service, AvtoLend and Liqui Molly received 3 points each. Avtohelf, bus & cars and Autostorm service stations have 2 points each, demonstrating a limited but stable presence.

The length of operation forms the level of trust from customers. Autostorm has been operating for 29 years, Kichmarenko Service for 24 years. Avtohelf has 15 years of experience, AvtoLend for 14. Liqui Molly and Vinkardan have been operating for 10 years each, AvtoEnergy and STO bus & cars for 9 years each. ProSTO and Gcar Service have been present on the market for 8 years each, remaining relatively young but active players.
According to the results of the comprehensive assessment, Avtohelf received the highest score of 8.2. Liqui Molly has 7.6, Autostorm for 7.2. AvtoEnergy and Vinkardan received 6.6 and 6.4, respectively. STO bus & cars and Gcar Service scored 6 and 6.2 points. ProSTO, AvtoLend and Kichmarenko Service have the lowest final scores, which reflects a combination of weaker digital and reputational indicators.
