Rating of the Best Business Clubs of Ukraine from Ukrainian Business Award
Business clubs in Ukraine have long gone beyond networking in the classical sense. For entrepreneurs, this is an environment of access to people, capital, expertise and solutions that are much more difficult to obtain outside the community. In 2025, the competition between clubs is not only for the number of residents, but also for the quality of formats, the level of participants, the intensity of events and real business results. Ukrainian Business Award analyzed the activities of leading business clubs in Ukraine according to a set of quantitative and qualitative indicators. The rating included clubs that shape the rules of the game in the business community market.
The number of participants demonstrates the scale of the community and the potential of networking. BOARD has the largest number of residents, which unites over 2,200 participants, creating one of the largest business ecosystems in the country. The Business People Club and RISE have 1,600 residents each, which allows them to work with a wide range of businesses and industries. The SUP maintains a community of 1,300 entrepreneurs, and the Young Business Club has about 1,000 active participants. Smaller, but more intimate formats are implemented by CEO Club Ukraine, HOLDERS, LEAD business club, and other clubs with up to 300 residents. This difference shows different approaches — from mass communities to closed business clubs.
The expert component is one of the key factors of the value of a business club. The most powerful mentor base is RISE and BOARD, each of which has attracted 200 speakers and experts from various business areas. Pro Business Club is significantly lower, but still at a high level, with 55 experts. SUP, LEAD business club and S Club work with a pool of 24 to 30 speakers, providing stable expert support. Smaller clubs, in particular HOLDERS, Business Woman Club, CORE BUSINESS CLUB and WinWin CLUB, use more compact mentoring teams. This creates a different depth of expertise depending on the format of the community.
The number of events per month directly affects the activity of residents and the dynamics of club life. The absolute leader is BOARD, which holds up to 284 events per month, effectively creating a continuous business environment. Young Business Club also demonstrates extremely high activity with an indicator of about 150 events. Next are RISE, CEO Club Ukraine and S Club, which maintain a stable schedule of dozens of events each month. The average level of activity is characteristic of Pro Business Club, PRIZMA CLUB, LEAD business club and the Business People’s Club. Club 100 and WinWin CLUB have the fewest events, focusing on one-off meetings.
The partner network shows the level of integration of the club into the country’s business environment. BOARD is significantly ahead of others with 69 partners, forming a wide ecosystem of opportunities for residents. The Business People’s Club, Business Woman Club and PRIZMA CLUB also demonstrate strong partner support. Other clubs, in particular SUP, CEO Club Ukraine, Pro Business Club and S Club, have from 5 to 9 partners. At the same time, HOLDERS, RISE and CORE BUSINESS CLUB work without an external partner model, focusing on the internal value of the community. This approach is typical of closed and premium formats.
A variety of formats is an important component of effective networking. BOARD has the largest selection, offering 95 different formats – from business sprints to strategic sessions. HOLDERS with 20 formats emphasizes deep work in small groups. RISE, Club 100, Pro Business Club and Young Business Club use from 9 to 11 formats, adapting to the different requests of the participants. Smaller clubs, such as CORE BUSINESS CLUB, Business Woman Club and WinWin CLUB, are limited to compact interaction models. This determines the style and rhythm of each community.
The financial threshold for entry is shaped by the level of businesses within the club. CEO Club Ukraine has the highest requirements — from $5 million in annual turnover, positioning itself as a large business club. HOLDERS, Club 100 and PRIZMA CLUB set a threshold of $1 million, focusing on mature entrepreneurs. Mid-level clubs, in particular WinWin CLUB, LEAD business club, Business Woman Club and S Club, operate with thresholds from $135 to $240 thousand. BOARD, RISE, SUP and Pro Business Club do not have financial requirements, focusing on motivation and involvement. This creates a diverse social and business composition of residents.
Additional services significantly enhance the value of club membership. The leader in this category is BOARD, which offers 9 additional services, including platforms, applications and educational modules. CEO Club Ukraine and the Business People Club also have a developed infrastructure for supporting members. RISE, HOLDERS and Pro Business Club each offer 5 additional services, covering the key needs of residents. Other clubs, in particular PRIZMA CLUB, S Club and CORE BUSINESS CLUB, are limited to a minimum set of services. The choice of infrastructure is directly related to the target audience of the club.
Brand queries reflect the public influence and media presence of the clubs. The most recognizable are BOARD, CEO Club Ukraine and SUP, which are consistently in the focus of the business audience. This is followed by S Club, Pro Business Club, Young Business Club and Club 100, which maintain a strong level of information presence. RISE, PRIZMA CLUB and Business Club have less search activity, which is compensated by offline networking. HOLDERS, LEAD business club and WinWin CLUB have more niche recognition. The level of brand queries correlates with the club’s activity in the media and social networks.
The duration of the club’s existence demonstrates its stability and ability to survive the cycles of development of the business environment. The Business Club has the most experience, which has been operating for 16 years. CEO Club Ukraine and HOLDERS have 14 and 11 years, respectively, maintaining a stable reputation. S Club, SUP, Young Business Club and PRIZMA CLUB have been operating for 7 to 9 years. The younger clubs — BOARD, RISE, Club 100, CORE BUSINESS CLUB, and WinWin CLUB — have been in existence for 4 to 6 years, but are actively developing. This shows that even new players can quickly take strong positions.
The feedback from members reflects the real value of the community. CORE BUSINESS CLUB has a perfect 100% positive feedback, which is an exceptional indicator. High ratings are also in S Club, Pro Business Club and Business Women’s Club, which exceed 97%. BOARD, PRIZMA CLUB and Young Business Club have consistently high results in the range of 91–93%. The lowest indicators are in LEAD business club, HOLDERS and SUP, but even they demonstrate a satisfaction level above 80%. The overall level of feedback in the segment remains high.
Digital activity allows us to assess the interest in clubs from a wider audience. HOLDERS has the highest traffic with over 19 thousand visits in three months. Business Women’s Club, Young Business Club and CEO Club Ukraine maintain a stable level of interest with indicators of over 12 thousand. SUP and BOARD form the middle segment. Less traffic is in PRIZMA CLUB, Business Woman Club and RISE, which is associated with chamber positioning. WinWin CLUB and LEAD business club have a minimal digital presence.
Social networks have become an important tool for attracting new members. The highest activity is demonstrated by CEO Club Ukraine and BOARD with maximum indicators. SUP, CORE BUSINESS CLUB and S Club also actively communicate with the business audience. Most other clubs maintain a regular but moderate presence. LEAD business club, Club 100 and Business Club have lower activity, focusing on offline interaction. This again emphasizes different strategies for community development.
The level of interaction with residents is a key factor in retaining members. The maximum 10 points were received by HOLDERS, Young Business Club, RISE, Pro Business Club and BOARD, which demonstrate a high level of communication and service. CEO Club Ukraine, Club 100, WinWin CLUB, LEAD business club, SUP and S Club have 9 points each. PRIZMA CLUB and CORE BUSINESS CLUB received 8 points each. The lowest indicator in the Business Club is 7, which indicates the possibility of improving service processes.
The final score summarizes all key criteria — scale, content quality, service and reputation. The highest score of 4.8 was received by RISE, Pro Business Club, CEO Club Ukraine, BOARD, HOLDERS and Young Business Club, forming a group of leaders of the rating. CORE BUSINESS CLUB, Business Woman Club, SUP, S Club, PRIZMA CLUB and Business People Club received 4.7 points each, maintaining strong positions. WinWin CLUB, LEAD business club and Club 100 complete the rating with scores of 4.2–4.3, remaining competitive in their niches.
The rating of the TOP Best Business Clubs of Ukraine 2025 shows an extraordinary variety of formats and approaches to building business communities. Some clubs focus on the scale and number of interactions, others on the closedness, level of participants and depth of communication. For entrepreneurs, this means the opportunity to choose an environment that best meets their goals, business stage and expectations from the community. Competition between clubs continues to strengthen the culture of business associations in Ukraine.
