Alla Yutkina is an entrepreneur who is shaping the culture of responsible hospitality in Ukraine. Her management decisions, strategic vision, and personal involvement in the life of the company became the basis for recognition in the nomination “Entrepreneur of the Year 2021” by the Ukrainian Business Award.

Since 2012, Alla has been a co-owner of the Ambassador Plaza hotel in Kyiv, which over the years of her management has become one of the most stable properties in its segment. One of her key decisions was the introduction of a dynamic pricing system in 2015, which allowed the hotel not only to adapt to market changes, but also to stay ahead of competitors even in periods of economic instability.

Alla Yutkina’s management model is distinguished by deep attention to the team. Her philosophy is unity, openness and participation of each employee in business development. Thanks to this, the staff turnover at Ambassador Plaza is one of the lowest in the industry, and most employees have been working in the team for over five years. Regular meetings, discussions of standards, internal trainings are all part of her daily business practice.

A special place in Alla’s work is occupied by social responsibility. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she initiated the provision of hotel rooms for safe self-isolation for more than 120 people who returned from abroad. This step was not only a gesture of support, but also a confirmation of the flexibility of management decisions during the crisis period.

In addition to active operational activities, Alla Yutkina participated in key professional events in 2015–2019, including forums and conferences on innovations in hotel pricing. In 2017–2018, she participated in the discussion of amendments to the draft law on hotel classification, which emphasizes her involvement in shaping industry policy.
