SIGNIFICANT PROJECT OF MY ACTIVITY:

Position in the project: Steward training course manager (NSK “Olympic” and “Arena Lviv” within the framework of the UEFA EURO 2012™ Poland-Ukraine championship)

Course objective: Training instructors, teams of senior stewards and stewards to ensure the safe stay of visitors at the facility, for customer-oriented service of spectators, for maintaining law and order at the NSK “Olympic” and “Arena Lviv” stadiums during the final part of the European Football Championship “Euro-2012” in Ukraine.

My achievements in this project:

A program for the selection and assessment of candidates for the position of steward, senior steward was developed and implemented

20 steward instructors were trained and certified according to the program of the European Stadium and Safety Management Association (ESSMA)

Stewards and senior stewards were trained and certified according to the standards of the European Stadium and Safety Management Association (ESSMA)

The training programs “Fundamentals of Hospitality”, “Psychological Endurance Skills”, “Physical Training and Self-Defense”, “Team Building”, “Personnel Management and Leadership Qualities” were developed for stewards and senior stewards

Training was conducted according to the above programs for stewards and senior stewards

A training quality control system was developed and implemented

Prepared for the start of the Championship European Football Championship “Euro-2012”: NSC “Olympic” Stewards – 1243, Senior Stewards – 69; “Arena Lviv” Stewards – 644, Senior Stewards – 56

A system for supporting the stewarding service during mass events at NSC “Olympic” and “Arena Lviv” has been developed and implemented
