Rating of the Best Real Estate Agencies in Odessa from Ukrainian Business Award

The real estate market in Odessa is one of the most competitive in Ukraine. Both large players with many years of history work here, as well as new agencies that win clients thanks to modern approaches. In 2025, Ukrainian Business Award prepared a rating of 15 leading companies that determine trends in this market. The focus was on the scale of the business, quality of service, digital activity and customer trust.

In terms of the number of branches, Atlanta takes first place, which opened 12 offices in different districts of Odessa. This allows the company to remain as accessible as possible to clients. President is slightly behind it with 11 branches, which also provides powerful coverage. Premier is in third place with 10 branches that actively work with different market segments. TV DOM-LIDER (9 offices) and Slon (8) are also among the leaders, which indicates systematic work with clients. Other companies, such as Aleksandr-N, Standart, Lider Family, have 6–7 representative offices each and occupy average positions. Agencies with 1–2 offices (Crystale State, Yustan, BestT Real Estate, Realty Group) are more focused on niche work and point deals.

The leader in terms of the number of properties is Premier, which has 13,853 offers available on its website. Such a large-scale catalog allows you to cover all segments — from apartments to commercial real estate. Atlanta holds the second position with 8,298 properties, which is also impressive. President took third place with 6,163 properties, almost on par with TV DOM-LIDER (6,142). A significant selection is offered by Aleksandr-N (5,464), Lider Family (5,214) and EUROPE (4,898). In the middle segment — Standart (3,101), Crystale State (2,540) and Avalon (2,086). Smaller catalogs are available at Slon (1,210), Realty Group (977), Persha (463) and Yustan (429). The smallest result is at BestT Real Estate — only 360 properties, which indicates limited influence.

In terms of the number of agents, TV DOM-LIDER (120) and Atlanta (119) stand out, which form powerful teams to work with a large client base. This allows for quick processing of applications and covering all areas of the city. Lider Family (90 agents) also demonstrates strong human resources potential, which works with a wide audience. Among the mid-level agencies, Slon (55) and Premier (51) are worth mentioning. There are slightly fewer realtors in EUROPE (40). The remaining agencies work with teams of 8–12 people, which limits their capabilities. The outsiders were Persha (5), Yustan (2) and BestT Nerukhomist (1), which work locally.

In terms of segment diversity, Avalon took first place with 9 areas — from apartments and houses to commercial properties and plots. Premier (8) and Yustan (7), which also offer a wide range of real estate, are very close. Lider Family (6) has a somewhat narrower selection. Several companies operate at the level of five areas at once: Aleksandr-N, TV DOM-LIDER, President, Realty Group, Persha, EUROPE and Crystale State. Atlanta and Standard (4 each) demonstrate average indicators. Slon (3) and BestT Real Estate (2) have the smallest assortment.

Experienced players are Aleksandr-N and TV DOM-LIDER (25 years each), which have a strong reputation. Persha, Atlanta and President (23 years each) are equally trustworthy. BestT Real Estate (21) also has a solid history. In the middle segment — Avalon and Premier (16 each), EUROPE and Realty Group (15 each). Newer companies include Standart and Crystale State (10 each), Yustan (9), Lider Family (8), and Slon (6). Young agencies compete with flexibility and modern methods.

Atlanta holds the lead in terms of recognition, which has the highest number of search queries on Google. Next are Lider Family, Premier, and TV DOM-LIDER, which are actively working on branding. In the second group are EUROPE, Alexander-N, Crystale State, and Avalon. In the third group are President, BestT Real Estate, Persha, Realty Group, Standard, Slon, and Yustan. This means that many companies should invest more in advertising and marketing.

The maximum score — 10 — was received by President, which confirmed its status as a customer-oriented leader. Very high results were achieved by Realty Group, Yustan, TV DOM-LIDER, Premier, Slon, BestT Real Estate, Avalon, EUROPE, Lider Family, and Crystale State (9 each). A step below are Atlanta, Persha, Standard, and Alexander-N (8 each). It is important to note that almost all companies received quite high scores, which indicates the development of a service culture in the industry.

The best result was received by President (100% positive reviews). The indicators of Realty Group (99%), Avalon (98%) and Crystale State (97%) are very close to ideal. High quality of service is also demonstrated by Premier (96%), Yustan (95%), TV DOM-LIDER (94%), Lider Family (93%) and Slon (93%). In the middle segment – EUROPE (92%), BestT Real Estate (90%), Alexander-N (89%) and Standard (87%). The lowest ratings were received by Persha (85%) and Atlanta (83%), which should improve service standards.

Atlanta leads in terms of attendance (165,379 in 3 months), which has great recognition and trust. In second place – Premier (31,199). Followed by Persha (18,105), Standard (11,334) and TV DOM-LIDER (10,194). The average result was shown by Lider Family (6,804), Avalon (5,031), EUROPE (3,849), Aleksandr-N (3,575) and President (3,164). Low indicators were shown by Crystale State (2,401), Realty Group (1,727), Slon (1,442), BestT Real Estate (1,037) and Yustan (518).

Premier and Realty Group are active in the digital segment (4 pages each). Considerable attention is paid to social networks by Yustan, BestT Real Estate, TV DOM-LIDER, Slon, EUROPE, Lider Family and Crystale State (3 pages each). Persha, Atlanta, Standard, Alexander-N, Avalon and President work a little less in this direction (2 pages each). This indicates the importance of SMM as a tool for attracting customers.

According to the experts, 4.8 points were received by EUROPE, Alexander-N, BestT Real Estate, Crystale State, Atlanta, Realty Group, Yustan and President. A high score of 4.7 is given to Lider Family, Persha, TV DOM-LIDER, Standard, Slon, Avalon and Premier. In general, the level of participants is very close, and even new companies demonstrate competitiveness.

The Odessa 2025 real estate agency rating confirmed: the market is divided into several levels. Leaders (Atlanta, President, Premier, TV DOM-LIDER) set standards due to their scale and large number of objects. Experienced companies (Alexander-N, EUROPE, Avalon) that have been operating stably for decades have strong positions. Young players, such as Lider Family, Crystale State or Slon, are actively growing thanks to modern approaches. In turn, small agencies (Yustan, Persha, BestT Real Estate, Realty Group) have prospects in niche segments. As a result, the Odessa market demonstrates healthy competition, where the quality of service and the scale of the business become key factors of success.
