The construction company “Platinumbud” LLC was founded in 2015. The head office is located in the city of Khmelnytskyi. Today, the company operates in Odessa, Khmelnytskyi and Kherson.
The company “Platinumbud” was founded in 2015 in the city of Khmelnytskyi by two brother entrepreneurs – Ruslan Mykolayovych Leschyshyn and Serhiy Anatolyovych Sazhienko.
At the first stage of its existence, the company carried out its activities in the direction of repair and finishing construction works and engineering communications. The company developed rapidly and increased its volumes. Therefore, in 2016, Platinumbud LLC became a general contractor in several construction projects of multi-apartment residential complexes. And later, along with construction and general contracting works, the owners of the company began to develop the development direction.
The first such project was the residential complex “Odeska Chaika”. It was launched on March 1, 2016. It was followed by the projects “Perlyna Proskurov” in Khmelnytskyi and “Status-1” in Kherson. To date, 23 houses have been completed, which is 1,667 apartments. Another 750 apartments are under construction and are being prepared for completion.
