Kyrylo Kostyuchenko — member of the jury of the Ukrainian Business Award 2023: expert in the global fashion business

In 2023, Kyrylo Kostyuchenko, founder and CEO of the international company Fashion Atlas Group, joined the jury of the prestigious Ukrainian Business Award (UBA), which has been determining the most successful companies and entrepreneurs in Ukraine based on transparent criteria of efficiency, innovation and impact since 2021. His expertise and unique management experience have significantly strengthened the analytical block of the award.

Fashion Atlas Group, founded in 2014, began its activities as a production partner of Ukrainian brands. In 2021–2023, the company scaled to a full-fledged international fashion ecosystem, covering the markets of the USA, Canada, the EU, the UK, the UAE and Australia. Under the leadership of Kyrylo Kostyuchenko, Fashion Atlas Group achieved significant results:

• Has grown by 180% in the last three years.
• Implemented a dropshipping platform with over 600 suppliers.
• Created its own hubs in China, the USA, Poland and Ukraine.
• Built a “One Manufacturer – Different Markets” (OMDM) model — adapting the product to the cultural and market characteristics of each region.

Kyrylo Kostyuchenko is an effective strategist, innovator and crisis manager who has proven his ability to make management decisions in extreme conditions that directly affected the preservation of the company’s international structure. During COVID-19, Fashion Atlas Group quickly refocused on online channels and optimized SKUs. After the start of a full-scale war in Ukraine, the company quickly moved part of its production and logistics abroad, preserving the core team and profitability. The loss of partners in the US became an impetus for the introduction of lower-risk models, such as dropshipping and private label.

Kyrylo Kostyuchenko’s inclusion in the UBA 2023 jury was the result of an independent selection by the organizing committee, which recognizes experts with proven international experience and achievements. His participation confirms professional recognition from the industry and emphasizes the trust in his expert assessment. Only recognized experts with extensive experience are invited to the jury, who are previously selected. In 2023, in addition to Kyrylo, the jury consisted of four leading business leaders selected by the organizing committee of the award, which emphasizes the exclusivity of participation.

Despite the global scale of his activities, Kyrylo does not forget about his responsibility to his country. Since 2014, he and Fashion Atlas Group have been constantly supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, providing financial and material assistance, as well as supporting people he personally knows who have suffered from the war.
