Igor Tovstolis received the title of “Entrepreneur of the Year 2024” according to the Ukrainian Business Award in the field of logistics! His achievements as a co-founder of ARDI Express confirm the high level of Ukrainian business in the international arena.

Igor Tovstolis is an entrepreneur with over 7 years of experience in the logistics industry. In 2017, together with his partners, he founded ARDI Express, which became a market leader thanks to its innovative approaches.

One of Igor’s key achievements was the creation of large-scale logistics solutions for e-commerce, including partner programs with global players such as Amazon SPN. His strategic approach allowed ARDI Express to become one of the most reliable logistics service providers, adapting to the challenges of the modern market.

ARDI Express is actively developing its infrastructure, having two modern fulfillment centers in California and New Jersey. This allows the company to process orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring uninterrupted work for its customers. An important achievement was the conclusion of a partnership contract with Amazon, thanks to which ARDI Express became the first company with Ukrainian founders to receive the status of a verified Amazon SPN partner with the highest rating. In addition, the company has maintained the status of Alibaba Gold Supplier for four consecutive years, which is a significant confirmation of its reliability and professionalism.

Igor also actively shares his experience and knowledge in the field of logistics, speaking at international conferences. Among the latest are Global Sellers E-commerce (Warsaw, Poland, 2024), Logistics and Transportation (Munich, Germany, 2023), and JCTrans Global Conference (Pattaya, Thailand, 2023). At these events, he spoke about the challenges and opportunities of modern logistics, focusing on innovative approaches to solving global trade problems.

From January to February 2024, participants filled out questionnaires through the official competition website. The main requirements for applications included:

• Analysis of the company’s financial performance over the past three years.
• Details of the innovations implemented.
• Information on the social, environmental and economic impact of the activities.

Preliminary selection

In March, 341 applicants were screened according to the following criteria:

• Stability and dynamics of business development.
• Successful implementation of innovations.
• Significant contribution to the development of exports of Ukrainian goods.
• The 20 best candidates made it to the semi-finals.

Case Evaluation

The semi-final included the submission of business cases in which participants described:

• Innovative solutions for solving complex logistics problems.
• Achievements in the field of sustainable development.
• The impact of social initiatives on the company’s activities.
• The presentations were evaluated by both domestic and international experts.

Final

In May 2024, the finalists presented their achievements to a jury of experts in business, logistics and innovation. During the presentations, special attention was paid to:
