Vyacheslav Gryn — Entrepreneur of the Year 2024 according to the Ukrainian Business Award: new ethics in the field of international recruiting

According to the prestigious analytical award Ukrainian Business Award, in 2024 the title of Entrepreneur of the Year was awarded to Vyacheslav Gryn, founder and CEO of Profi Personal Sp. z o.o., which has become an example of a transparent, innovative and responsible approach to international recruiting.

Profi Personal is a company headquartered in Warsaw, which in a few years has become one of the leaders of the Polish market in the field of employment of foreigners. Viacheslav’s team has more than 60 specialists in Poland and abroad, and works on the principles of respect, open communication and team support. Some of the company’s employees are former migrants who have gone through their own adaptation path and are now helping others.

The key tool for the company’s growth has become its own AI-CRM system, which includes:

  • automated personnel selection;
  • adaptation and training system;
  • AI-assistant and analytics modules.

This system reduced staff turnover by 30% and allowed to identify more than 300 future leaders among candidates. The re-employment rate increased by 40%, and the number of the company’s clients doubled.

From 2022 to 2024, Profi Personal’s share of the Polish market increased from 1% to 5%. In 2025–2026, the company plans to enter the markets of Germany, the Netherlands, the UK, the USA, Africa and Asia. Partner networks are already actively being formed, certified and audited according to the company’s standards.

About 10% of Profi Personal’s revenues are reinvested annually in housing, legalization, training and adaptation of employees. In Poland, the company has created an ecosystem of support for emigrants with safe and transparent employment. During the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, the company has maintained stability, diversified recruitment sources and introduced new digital support tools.

Participation in professional forums, speeches on ethical recruitment, cooperation with the media, activity in social networks (over 100 thousand reaches per month) — all this forms a brand that not only works with people, but also for people.

“Our goal is not just to fill vacancies, but to create humane conditions for decent work. We believe that modern business should be socially responsible,” notes Vyacheslav Gryn.

Ukrainian Business Award recognizes entrepreneurs who are shaping the new reality of Ukrainian and international business. Vyacheslav Gryn is a vivid example of how the combination of technology, transparency, and a human approach can change the market and the lives of thousands of people.
