Vladyslav Gargun is the founder and head of AdsForge, an agency specializing in international performance marketing and business project promotion in Europe and the post-Soviet space. His professional activities are focused on building scalable advertising systems for e-commerce and lead generation projects with a focus on analytics, ROI, and long-term client growth.

During the period 2024–2025, the agency demonstrated stable and measurable development dynamics. If at the beginning of 2024 there were 8–9 active projects in operation with an average cooperation period of 3–4 months and coverage of 2–3 GEOs, then by the end of 2025 AdsForge was already simultaneously conducting 21–23 projects, increased the average cooperation period to 8–11 months and expanded its presence to 5–6 GEOs. The total volume of sales of advertising services during this period increased by approximately 45–50%, which indicates a systematic strengthening of the agency’s positions in the market.

The growth occurred not only due to the number of clients, but also due to the scaling of existing contracts. One of the e-commerce clients in Tier-2 GEO started cooperation with a budget of $18-22 thousand per month, and after optimizing and scaling the campaigns, the budget increased to $45-50 thousand, more than doubling its contribution to the agency’s turnover. In the lead generation niche, the number of projects increased from two to six, the average service check increased by 30-35%, and sales in the segment more than tripled. The share of repeat contracts increased from approximately 40% to 65-70%, which confirms the trust of clients and the effectiveness of the retention strategy.

The key factor in the development was the personal contribution of Vladislav Gargun as a strategic leader. He built a scaling model based on deep analytics, hypothesis testing, and a clear sales and customer service system. AI and ML approaches are actively implemented in the agency’s work: advertising campaign automation, forecasting results, dynamic personalization, lead scoring, cross-channel attribution, CRM enrichment, and churn prediction.
