Rating of the Best Event Security Companies in Ukraine from Ukrainian Business Award

The event security market in Ukraine in 2025 demonstrates record growth dynamics. Mass events, business forums, festivals and sporting events require a high level of organization, technology and professionalism of personnel. The Ukrainian Business Award rating “TOP Event Security Companies 2025” is formed on the basis of a multifactor analysis – from the geography of presence and technical equipment to the assessment of customer experience, online activity and the jury’s opinion. The focus is on companies that shape the standards of security, trust and professionalism in the Ukrainian event market.

The widest coverage in the country is provided by Okhoronny Holding, which operates in five regions of Ukraine at once. This is a company with many years of experience in providing security at large festivals, concerts and corporate events. UBOPP and Sokol are represented by two branches each, focusing mainly on regional and business events. The companies Security Group, SKY, Imperia, and TopGuard operate in central and frontline areas, demonstrating mobility and readiness to work in difficult conditions.

In terms of the number of events served, the undisputed leader is TopGuard, which has experience working with over 18 categories of events — from international forums to music festivals and sports tournaments. Security Holding actively works with business conferences and state events (10 areas), while Security Group and Sokil focus on corporate and mass events. Such flexibility allows Ukrainian security companies to adapt security standards to the specifics of each event — from small presentations to large-scale open-air events.

The level of technological support has become one of the key criteria for the rating. The leaders in innovative solutions are SKY, Sokil and TopGuard, which received a score of 8 out of 10. Their systems include mobile monitoring, GPS control, digital radio communication and video analytics. Security Group, UBOPP, Imperia, and Security Holding demonstrate a stable level of technological support, using automated reporting systems, surveillance drones, and integrated access control solutions.

According to the CX Index (Customer Experience Index), the highest scores were received by SKY and TopGuard — 10 out of 10, which reflects the maximum level of customer satisfaction and quality of communication. Security Holding, Sokil and Imperia also demonstrate a high level of interaction with customers, receiving 9 points. Their strengths are a personalized approach and attention to detail. The scores of Security Group and UBOPP are slightly lower (8 points), but they consistently maintain the quality of service thanks to systematic staff training.

The digital dynamics of companies have become an important marker of modernity. The highest Web Performance Index was received by UBOPP (10), which actively works with the corporate sector through online applications and CRM systems. Security Group, SKY, Sokil, Imperia, Security Holding and TopGuard (9 points each) are followed — their websites are regularly updated, publish cases, video reports from events and security recommendations. This indicates the transition of Ukrainian security companies to a new digital phase of service.

Among the companies with the longest history are TopGuard (28 years), Imperia (25), and Sokil (23), which were among the first to implement European-level event security standards.

In the “customer reviews” category, the highest scores are achieved by Imperia (24.3) and SKY (23.14), demonstrating high trust from partners. TopGuard (20.5) and Security Holding (16.49) also received positive ratings for their effective work with international customers and organizers of major events.

According to the SFU (Social Footprint Index), the most active in social networks were TopGuard (8) and Security Holding (7). Their communication strategy is aimed at showing real cases, customer reviews and videos from events, which increases the level of trust. Imperia also received 7 points, demonstrating a stable digital presence. SKY, UBOPP, Sokil and Security Group are still developing their pages gradually, but are actively increasing their audience.

According to the results of the Ukrainian Business Award jury, TopGuard received the highest score – 5.0, which confirms its status as a leader in the security market of Ukraine in the field of event security. Imperia, Security Holding, SKY and Sokil received scores from 4.7 to 4.8, maintaining a high level of professional training and customer trust. Experts noted that it is TopGuard that is implementing new standards of interaction with event organizers, using modern risk management tactics, team coordination, and real-time monitoring technologies.

The ranking of TOP companies for event security in Ukraine 2025 shows that event security is no longer just security, but a comprehensive system of organizing comfort, control and responsibility. The undisputed leader of the year was TopGuard, which combines experience, reputation and innovation. Imperia, Security Holding and SKY also compete successfully, forming high industry standards. The Ukrainian event security market has proven that it is ready to work according to European principles – where security is part of the image, and client trust is the main award.
