This is an up-to-date rating of the TOP developers of Lviv – companies that set the pace of development of urban architecture, construction standards and development.

In terms of the total volume of objects put into operation, RIEL is the leader, having implemented 20 projects and remains one of the key players in the new building market of Lviv. AVALON holds a strong position with 16 completed objects, confirming its status as one of the most famous developers of the city. LEV Development with 10 projects and Globus and Parus Premium (9 each) demonstrate stable activity and high development rates. AUROOM has 8 projects, while Moya Kraina, M7, NovaBudova and Viking Park represent the medium and niche segments. Such competition forms a healthy balance in the market – from large-scale holdings to compact innovative companies.

At a very strong level — Globus, NovaBudova, M7, AVALON, Viking Park, AUROOM, RIEL and Parus Premium (8 points). “My Country” has 7 points, which also indicates stable service. An investor in Lviv today expects not just square meters, but a comprehensive life experience — and most developers in the rating provide it.

RIEL has the most experience, which has been operating for 22 years, setting standards for the entire industry. NovaBudova has 20 years on the market, building trust through stability and fulfillment of obligations. AVALON, LEV Development, AUROOM and “My Country” have been operating for over a decade, and M7 and Globus — for 9 years. The youngest in the ranking are Viking Park and Parus Premium, which are actively increasing the pace and bringing modern architectural solutions and new stylistic approaches.

AVALON leads in terms of the number of brand searches, which confirms the high brand recognition in the Lviv new-building market. The strong group also includes Parus Premium, RIEL and Viking Park. AUROOM, M7, LEV Development and NovaBudova are in close positions. Globus and My Country are searched less actively, but steadily. Parus Premium, NovaBudova, Viking Park and My Country maintain a stable level of traffic. This once again confirms: SEO presence and website usability directly influence investor decisions.

Google ratings are an important marker of the quality of service and work of the developer after the sale. The highest level of trust is held by LEV Development — 97%, AVALON — 89% and M7 — 88%. NovaBudova, AUROOM and RIEL demonstrate consistently high ratings in the range of 85–87%.
