Rating of the Best Internet Providers in Kyiv from Ukrainian Business Award

The capital’s Internet services market in 2025 demonstrates impressive growth rates. Competition among providers has reached a new level – subscribers want to receive not only a stable connection and high speed, but also modern service, flexible tariff plans, attractive promotions and reliable technical support. In our rating, we have collected 15 leading Internet providers in Kyiv and evaluated them according to key criteria: number of tariffs, maximum speed, availability of promotions, speed variability, customer orientation index, website functionality, brand recognition, work experience, percentage of positive reviews, traffic volume and presence in social networks. The results of the analysis show who is really the market leader, and who still has something to work on.

In terms of the variety of tariff plans, the confident leader is UTELS, which offers its customers 16 connection options. This allows you to choose a solution for both budget home use and corporate clients with high requirements. Triolan and Simnet shared the second position, having 12 tariffs each, which allows you to cover a wide range of audiences – from individual users to small businesses. The third place is occupied by Pavutyna and Apelsinnet with 11 offers, which include high-speed packages and additional services. Lanet offers 9 tariffs, and Volia, Information Technologies and Nashnet – 8 each, providing the optimal balance between price and quality. BEST and IPnet have 6 tariffs each, KOLO TV – 4, while Domonet and Homenet are limited to three. The smallest choice is at Kyiv Link, only 2 tariffs, which indicates a narrow specialization.

The highest speed indicators are demonstrated by Apelsinnet, offering up to 3000 Mbps – this is enough for even the most resource-intensive tasks, including 8K streaming and large corporate computing. Pavutyna and UTELS provide up to 2500 Mbps, which puts them in the category of providers with ultra-high bandwidth. KOLO TV with 2400 Mbps also belongs to the elite segment of high-speed solutions. The rest of the market players – including Lanet, Volia, Information Technologies, Domonet, Homenet, Kyiv Link, Triolan, Simnet, IPnet, Nashnet and BEST – offer speeds of up to 1000 Mbps, which meets modern standards and is more than enough for most users.

In the category of marketing activity, KOLO TV holds the lead with 17 promotions — from discounts on subscription fees to comprehensive packages with television and the Internet. Simnet offers 11 promotions, actively attracting new subscribers, while Domonet has 9 offers focused on retaining existing customers. Pavutyna and UTELS, with 6 promotions, are betting on seasonal discounts and gift bonuses. IPnet has 5 special offers, and Lanet, Kyiv Link, Apelsinnet and Nashnet — 4 each. Homenet is limited to three, BEST and Information Technologies — two. Triolan and Volia are not currently offering promotions, focusing on stable tariffs and reputation.

Here again, UTELS is at the top with 10 connection speed options, which allows customers to precisely adjust their tariff to their own needs. Pavutyna and Apelsinnet offer 8 options each, Lanet – 6. 4-speed solutions are available from Information Technologies, KOLO TV, BEST and Simnet. Volia, Homenet and Nashnet offer 3 options each, while Triolan, Domonet, IPnet and Kyiv Link – only 2.

Volia, KOLO TV and Apelsinnet received the maximum 10 points – this is evidence that the companies work on quickly resolving requests, provide convenient services and 24/7 support. 9 points were received by Pavutyna, Triolan, Information Technologies, Domonet, Homenet, Kyiv Link, Lanet, Simnet, IPnet and Nashnet. UTELS and BEST have 8 points each, demonstrating stable quality of service with potential for growth.

In terms of convenience and functionality of the site, several providers received the maximum 10 points at once – Information Technologies, Lanet, KOLO TV, Simnet, UTELS, IPnet and Triolan. They offer a full range of tools – from a personal account and online payment to interactive chat support. Volia, Pavutyna, Domonet, Homenet, BEST and Nashnet have 9 points, offering well-optimized sites with intuitive navigation. Kyiv Link received 8 points, and Apelsinnet – 8, leaving some opportunities for improving the interface.

In the segment of brand recognition, the undisputed leader is Volia, which has been building a strong presence in the media space for many years and remains the most frequently mentioned provider in Google. The second place is taken by Triolan, which, thanks to its stable work and wide audience coverage, maintains high user interest. Lanet holds the third position, combining active promotion with high-quality service, which contributes to regular search queries. Also at the top of the ranking are BEST, Information Technologies and IPnet, which have recognizable names and a positive reputation. Homenet and Pavutyna demonstrate a somewhat lower, but noticeable level of interest. In the second part of the list are Domonet, UTELS, Simnet, Nashnet, Apelsinnet, Kyiv Link and KOLO TV, which still need to invest in marketing and expanding communication channels to strengthen their positions.

The most experienced company in the industry is Information Technologies, which has been operating on the market for 34 years, building a reputation as a reliable and stable provider. It is followed by IPnet with 24 years of operation, as well as Volia, which has remained one of the key players in Kyiv for over two decades. Lanet and BEST have 22 years of experience each, which indicates their ability to hold stable positions in a competitive environment. KOLO TV has been operating for 21 years, and Apelsinnet and Simnet have 20 years each, demonstrating sustainable development. Among the younger players, it is worth highlighting Pavutyna (18 years), Triolan and Nashnet (17 years each), Kyiv Link (13 years) and UTELS (10 years). The least experienced company is Homenet — 9 years and Domonet — 7 years, but even during this time they were able to take their place in the market.

The absolute record holder in this category is BEST, which received 98% positive reviews on Google. Apelsinnet (96%), Pavutyna (95%), Nashnet (94%) and Kyiv Link (93%) are very close to this indicator, which demonstrates a high level of customer satisfaction. KOLO TV has 91%, and UTELS — 89%, which is also an excellent result. IPnet maintains a confident 88%, and Simnet has 83%. Homenet is rated at 81%, while Volia — at 73%. Information Technologies keep the bar at 75%, Domonet — 77%, and the lowest results among the top were shown by Lanet (71%) and Triolan (70%).

The leader in terms of website traffic over the past three months was Volia, which was visited by over 1.38 million users. Lanet received over 906 thousand visits, and BEST – 389 thousand, which is a high figure for this segment. Nashnet and Triolan collected over a quarter of a million visits each, which indicates an active customer base. IPnet and Homenet maintain a level of over 220 thousand visitors, and Pavutyna has over 111 thousand. Domonet and KOLO TV have almost the same figures – about 88 thousand. UTELS recorded over 77 thousand, Apelsinnet – over 73 thousand. The lowest figures are in Information Technologies (39 thousand), Simnet (27 thousand) and Kyiv Link (13 thousand).

Lanet is the most active in social networks, which maintains 7 official pages on various platforms. Volia and UTELS have 5 accounts each, KOLO TV and Apelsinnet have 4 each. Triolan, Information Technologies, Pavutyna, Domonet, Simnet, and IPnet are also stable in activity, which each have 3 sites. Homenet, Kyiv Link, Nashnet, and BEST maintain 2 pages each, supporting basic communication with their audience.

The analysis shows that there is no single absolute leader in the Kyiv Internet services market by all criteria. Some companies, such as Volia and Lanet, demonstrate strong positions in several categories, while Apelsinnet and Pavutyna stand out for their speed. BEST maintains its reputation thanks to high reviews, and KOLO TV and Simnet actively work with customers through promotions. This proves that each provider has its own strengths, and the consumer can choose the optimal partner based on their own priorities – whether it is speed, service, or price.
